Fantastic location. Helpful staff, I kept extending my stay nightly and they were so gracious about it. Helpful gentleman opens the door in the evening and watches the property. 24 hour reception. Decently sized rooms. Fantastically strong water pressure. Neighborhood is totally fine. It’s Old Tblisi so it LOOKS rough but it’s not at all. Very safe. I’m a solo female traveler and I walked around late at night without issue. One elevator. Yes it sits next to a bar but rooms appear to be soundproofed. I had no issue with it. Plus the bar looks so cool!!! It’s eclectic and looks fun. Seems to shut down about midnight-ish. I was allowed to pay in advance. Keep in mind they physically run up to your room to check it for damage upon checkout. So don’t be in a hurry. I had laundry delivered and the front desk kept it for until i returned. Highly recommended!

The staff, especially the ladies at the front desk, is amazing! They made the stay very comfortable for us, tending to our every query and request with a warm smile including checking us in very late at night (1am). They also agreed to store our luggage (for free!) for a couple of days so we could go visit Kazbegi. The location is a perfect 10/10 - very close 5min walking distance from Liberty Square and other necessary spots (like the metro station, mobile sim store, currency exchange store, cafes, market, etc.)

The room (King room with Balcony) was extremely small and barely had any space for 2 people to move around without bumping into each other, or to keep any luggage especially if you have medium or large strolleys.

The hotel and staff were fantastic! In an ideal location if you want to explore old Tiblisi, and still very close to the conveniences of Rustaveli. Air-conditioning was very effective and the room was a good size. The hotel staff were very accommodating and many spoke English. They helped me through an early morning check-in and stored my luggage between check-out and leaving town.

The rooftop terrace really needs a bar, it is the perfect place for one but there isn't much reason to go up there other than for the views. The hotel does suffer slightly from the lack of breakfast facilities or a restaurant, but the location more than makes up for it with lots of great places to eat nearby.

Big spacious room, very quiet area, and best location. Great shower too. The hotel has a really nice rooftop lounge with a view of the city. Excellent value for money!

In order to have the room cleaned (included new water bottles which was very helpful and convenient) make sure to request/point it out to the receptionist in the morning🙂. Would prefer if the room service cleaning was “automatic” and not subject to my request, but it doesn’t make any real material difference and they were always nice and accommodating about it

This property has one of the best locations in Tbilisi because you can find everything within walking distance. The hotel is quiet with super helpful staff. The rooms are clean and they smell nice. I want to particularly speak about the staff because they helped me in changing my rooms in middle of the night when I was under a crisis and everything was done with a smile on the face.

Nothing out of the ordinary. Everything was quite smooth. I did not opt for breakfast so I can not comment on that bit. However, apart from that everything was perfect.

Our flight schedules were really bad, which caused inconvenience in our transportation arrangements. During this process, we were in constant communication with the hotel, and they were extremely helpful in every aspect. Upon arrival, they quickly arranged for us to settle into our room. The room was spotlessly clean from the moment we entered, and cleaning was done regularly every day. Despite some minor issues, the room was always clean. We were warmly welcomed every time we entered or left the hotel. They provided coloring books and crayons for our little girl Mia to enjoy during her rest times. It was an incredible hotel experience in every way. Dear Elen and Razmik, it was a pleasure meeting you both, thank you so much for everything.

Exceptionally clean and friendly,never heard any noise at night ,great location,the staff couldn't do enough for you ordering taxis at incredibly low prices even the mini bar was cheap.Cant praise the staff enough if you needed any help or advice you got it immediately.After we checked out they looked after bags etc.And a good easy to use safe in your room for valuables.I could go on can't say enough good things about the place . just one more the air con was brilliant.

This hotel was perfectly located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. It was newly renovated, and the decor was top-notch. We felt like we were staying in a five-star hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with soundproof windows and heating. The staff was lovely, attentive, and friendly. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and bottled water. The hotel also has a rooftop area with stunning views of the city. Although it's not a functioning restaurant, it's a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city.

Wish the rooftop was a functioning restaurant, so we could sit and enjoy a meal there. Other than this, everything was great.

Good location down a quiet street situated between liberty square (close to main bus stops and main road), and the old town with all its attractions. We stayed here twice in late September / early October. In between our stays they stored our luggage for free while we went to Mestia to hike which was really helpful. Staff in general provided excellent service. For our first stay we stayed in room 101 which did have a bit of a smell of cigarettes. We did not notice at first as they had sprayed the room with air freshener but once that wore off you could smell it. On our second stay we stayed in room 301 with a balcony and this room did not smell at all. Otherwise rooms were in good condition, clean, and the bathroom was in good condition too.
