The location was nice, I liked my room it felt like a studio not too big but also just the right size for the comfortable stay. The breakfast in the morning is a buffet, as far as I can tell it is the same every morning, but the variety of food is good. The staff is friendly, a bit shy though most of the are very young and they probably have an internship in this hotel (some of them) but they are friendly and always are trying to help. For all of these services, the price is nice.

No complains really. Everything was clean and nice, the location is also good maybe if you are used to bigger rooms the room size can be the "only complain". Also, not particularly about he hotel but use Bolt app for the taxi in Tbilisi, never trust "unlicensed freelance taxi drivers" they will rip you off, especially at the airport. If the price of travel is more than 30 lari (local currency) than it is usually already too much or very expensive. Take advantage of the wi-fi in the airport and book a taxi via bolt before you exit it.

1. On certain occasions during the evening, there were issues encountered with the cold water supply, rendering it nearly impossible to take a shower as the only available option was excessively high-temperature hot water. 2. Upon our arrival at the room, we were taken aback to discover ongoing maintenance activities, as no prior information or plans regarding such maintenance had been communicated to us.

The location of the hotel is in a pleasant residential area of Tbilisi next door to a park. The hotel facilities are fresh and clean, air conditioning works well, the blinds are blackout - I slept very well . A lot of choice of food for breakfast. It was a great value for money.

One evening there were no cold water in the building, but I guess it was an exception. Next morning everything was fixed.

The room was so cosy, it had everything that I needed; there was a table and air conditioning which were important to me to work on my laptop. Everything was clean, and there were cute pictures on the wall. I liked breakfast, it was so tasty I had sausages and eggs, tomatoes and cucumbers, a few pieces of watermelon, croissants and chocolate pasta and coffee. Also there are amazing "Vake Park" and "8000 Vintages" wine bar nearby.

Very nice, New and clean hotel. Comfortable bed. Practical bathroom, clean and has ( shattaf ). There is free parking garage. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is very good for 3 stars hotel. Very nice location.

The sound proof is not there. The view is to the street, no far view.

Atlas is a brand new property and in a posh area of Tbilisi. The property and rooms are having modern & contemporary design. Rooms are adequately sized including the toilet. there are numerous exotic restaurants, supermarkets in the Abashidze street. Along with a famous bake house right opposite to Atlas. We really enjoyed the stay and will surely recommend to our friends. The property is not far from Liberty and Maiden Square. the Maple lined streets add an extra charm to the property.

I was a bit surprised (concered) they did not have my Booking reservation in their system (we came late at night after a long trip and were not ready to look for other hotels), but when showed confirmation on my phone it went well. Our family room was 2 single rooms joined together and I think it was a good idea - 2 same rooms, 2 toilets and showers etc. Overal room was pretty cosy, good beds and stuff. Breakfast was in a cosy canteen, quite the same from day to day but still delicious. Not many people were there. And the lady was making great coffee. Wifi allowed to work entire day without any issues. Free parking was really there (though not many free places, but there are free parking places on the street in any way)

I would probably expect a bit more modern conditioning management system with different modes and ability to set exact temperature A bigger TV with smart capabilities would be good My wife managed to smell an odor from carpets (I did not)

Even thought the breakfast are great, they are just the same everyday and the amount of choice is quite limited. More or diversity would be a bit better. Furthermore the price for the shuttle organised by the hotel is 400% of the bolt / Uber price which is a bit much.

Excellent hotel for good price. I had amazing room with very, very comfortable bed. You have possibility to produce coffee or tea in the room. Staff of hotel is very polite, hotel is closed to Chavchavadze avenue. All Vake disrict, where hotel is located, is amazing. Breakfasts are really big and testy. Cleaning of the rooms is more that perfect.

Breakfast - full, delicious. Good location, close to public transport and Ilia State University. Friendly staff. Very good wifi.

Cleaning ladies sometimes did not leave a shampoo for the next day although they should fill it each day. A little bit noisy if your window is to the street side.
