The location of the hotel is literally in the center of the city. Convenient to get to the desired places. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. For example, there are grocery stores opposite the hotel. On the side of the hotel 2 steps away is a wine store. There is a public garden and coffee shops near the famous Chavchavadze Street, from which you can quickly and easily get to the Rustaveli metro station or the city center. - The room is very cozy and beautiful — a large balcony (6th floor) with a nice view. - Wonderful and varied breakfast with a great choice of food and beverages. - The interior of the whole hotel is beautiful and cozy.

I wish there was a breakfast delivery service to the room. It was inconvenient to go downstairs, collect breakfast and come up with a tray to the room. However, it was nice that the staff allowed me to do it myself. - I booked a specific room. But when checking in, for some reason they put me in another room. I had to spend 1 night in this room to check in the next day in the room I had originally booked. It would be nice if the reservation stayed firmly with me. - Some parts of the fittings don't hold up well or fall off. For example, the toilet door - the door handle cover fell off when I was closing the door. It's a small issue, but unpleasant. - It is a pity that there are no parking spaces for hotel guests. There are only free parking lots near the hotel, many of which are paid.

I like the location as it's well connected but outside of the main tourist area so you get far better restaurants/ businesses nearby. Easily walkable to Vake Park and main shopping areas. The room was spacious and clean, this was our second time staying here and we were overall happy with it.

When we were checking out, we had some extra charges for the room. I assumed it was for water we had asked for but asked if I could be told what they were for and the staff member shrugged and said "Probably coffee or something, I don't know," (we never ordered coffee). Also requested that my receipt be sent and never received it (will need to follow up with Best Western Corp for it).

I lived in this hotel previously and it was a great stay, so I chose it again for my mother's stay. Staff is friendly and helpful, room was comfy and clean (a bit small though), breakfast is good.

The coffee is awful (not only on breakfasts, but when you order it separately); don't know if the blend, the machine or the barista is to blame, but something's not right there. Room space was tight.

Perfect position for TSU where we had a conference. The very kind receptionist helped us with the check-in and in the stay, Overall Fair as I was expecting.

The breakfast was limited, with not much variety. Not much lactose-free, even if there was at least a milk carafe labelled that. Coffee was barely drinkable.

Excellent location in the Vake neighbourhood and very spacious room. The hotel is not big and quiet. Great for business travellers or short stays. Very friendly staff always ready to help.

We found a dirty towel with intimate stains folded along with clean ones on a rack. The room was cleaned only once in 3 days after we put a sign on the door handle. Breakfast is modest and always the same. So the hotel is good for a short stay.

Very good hotel with taste breakfast, located in 2 min from the main street of town. Very nice staff on reception can speak on Russian/English languages. Good hotel condinion.

There was spotted a few little notes regarding living condition. There was some problem with door lock in number 202. And it would be much better to add pictures of food to the restaurant menu :)

Very cozy environment, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located in a quiet area, walking distance to a number of F&B and interesting places.

The room is quite small however well organised. Sound insulation was not great - next door some guests were staying with a young crying baby and that could be easily heard across the wall.

Personnel ❤️😇‼️, clearness, size of the room, temperature in the room, bathroom's perfect condition, doggy friendly environment, fantastic view from window. Great fruit store just across the street. Definitely will come back..)

It's not too large a choice from the restaurant, may be because it was a low season. In any case, they have a very cozy terrace, and coffee is always perfect there.)

Perfect location - in a quite but full of cafes and shops neighborhood of Vake. Walking to distance to main attraction. Quite spacious room, soundproof walls and doors.

Shower has to be improved. It’s built in a way that lots of water from shower cabin leaks to the bathroom floor - you can’t do anything about, it’s just how it was built.
