The hotel location is good there are plenty of restaurants, currency exchange desks, coffee shops, supermarkets … near the hotel. The hotel is near Liberty square (150m), bridge of peace (600 m), Rike park (750m), Narikala (850 m), sulfur baths (900 m), Georgian national museum (500m)… Rooms are clean and equipped with A/C, Wifi, kettle, TV screen, small fridge and the bathroom is equipped with hairdryer and towels. Rooms cleaning is performed daily. The hotel provides a breakfast buffet with a variety of meals. The hotel staff are very kind and supportive, they supported me to get back my baggage that i didn’t receive when i arrived to Tbilisi airport. The hotel also assist on making tbilisi city tours and country tours in addition to airport pickup and drop off.

As soon as we arrive there, my baby get sick in a way we should transfer him to hospital and let him stay there for a couple of nights, the way Hotel staff especially the reception ladies Tsatsa and Elsa supported us, escorted us to hospital, did the translation and also fully supported me and my daughter back in the hotel, managing laundries, etc. is stunning and beyond excellency. Again, thank you guys, thanks for whatever you did that you might not have to do.

We had a beautiful view of "Mother of Georgia." The location was excellent right next door to the freedom Square. The staff was polite and friendly and spoke good English. Special thanks to Tamara, receptist tsacha, and the owner for their hospitality & guidance.

The spring mattress was broken, and inner room walls were not sound proofed. Minimum product use for bathroom cleaning

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Especially the ones in Resturant, took care of food preferences and was helpful throughout. I being 100% vegetarian has no issues at all. Cleaning staff was also very good. Location was in close proximity to a lot of places.

Water could be provided like other properties.

Highly recommend everyone. My family and I enjoyed so much of our stay. Everything was OK and well organized. Amazing location at the very heart of the city, comfortable and clean room, delicious breakfast. Very thank to reception, when we arrived hotel (at 10:30 am) it was too early to our check-in (14:00 pm), so they allowed me enter the room earlier and have a rest as my children were tired after flight.

Everything was great but sometimes the person sitting at the reception seemed quite expressionless but other than that the room, the breakfast, the people who make breakfast were very very friendly and great, and even the cleaning lady was very nice and honest with her job!

The receptiionists can improve their mood and energy towards the consumers maybe just smile a little and greet

The location is just 10 meters away from the liberty square. It is walking distance to most of the good restaurants around. The breakfast was amazing but couldn’t eat the same food everyday.

The room we stayed in needs the bathroom to be reconstructed for water drainage.

The property is in the best location which is worth for it's price. It is in Freedom Square, near to Galleria Mall, Metro Station, Bus stops, Spar Market. The hotel is the Kote Afkhazi Street where you can find most of the restaurants and it is walkable distance. Our room has the big balcony facing the city view side and it's a great place to sit at night and it doesnt bother us with the noise at night. Breakfast was tasty! We didnt expect that there is rice for breakfast! (We are Filipino so we loved rice!!😀) Staffs our very kind and accomodating specially to Ms. Elza which made our stay very comforting.

Just the bidet which we thought that there is in our washroom but we managed it anyway. All in all we loved our stay in Hotel Marlyn!
