Absolutely nothing at all

The dining experience was a highlight as well. The on-site restaurant served delectable dishes that satisfied both my taste buds and my aesthetic cravings. The breakfast spread was diverse and catered to various preferences, setting a positive tone for my stay. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The attention to detail in the decor and ambience was impressive and created a cosy and inviting atmosphere. My room was not only impeccably clean but also beautifully appointed with all the amenities I could ask for. The comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep, and the stunning views from my window added an extra touch of magic to my stay. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff's commitment to exceptional service. They were always available to assist with any request or question, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay.

It was a greate hotel with a lovely , freindly and supportive staff. Clean and nice breakfast. Even they prepaired fruit plate every morning for me.The staff were really nice, kind and supportive. I felt home during my stay. One of the staffs even followed me to a stor to help me charge a georgian simcard. They helped alot in different situations. It was a greate experience in this hotel. The location is not that much near to the main parts of the city and you can not catch those part by walk. We mostly took bolt as a taxi . It was much more cheaper than taking a usual taxi. It was also a small store in front of the hotel.

The staff on reception were really lovely & helpful

The gym - it’s poorly equipped and most of the equipment is broken. Don’t go there expecting to get a good workout.

We really had an amazing stay at Hotel Residence plaza. The staff were warm and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. I especially loved the great gesture by Nene who provided us the most comfortable room with best balcony view. Also the kitchen staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable, we opted for breakfast and got to try different varieties everyday. Once they provided drinking water bottles at midnight as well, and also they denied to take any take any additional charges for the same, it was really great gesture from them. The hotel location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, cabs reaching the hotel so easily and on quick time. View from the dinning area balcony was another awesome thing to look for. Overall we really had a wonderful stay here. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service! We recently stayed at this hotel during a vacation with family and friends, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The reception, especially Nino, was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself was excellent in every aspect—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Although it's about 10 minutes from the city center, the short distance was hardly noticeable with the affordable taxi fares. We'd like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire hotel staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay!

My husband and I had a really great time staying at the Hotel Plaza. We asked for an early check-in and the receptionist - Nino - was so good at arranging this for us. She went extra mile to prepare some lunch boxes for us as we had to leave the hotel early in the morning to catch our next flight. We had an extra request during our stay which was met without questions. Great view to the mountains from the hotel rooms. 10-15 mins on taxi to the Old Tbilisi. There was a small grocery store near hotel which was very convenient to get extra snacks before bed :) Recommend this place for staying to explore Old Tbilisi and surroundings!

First of all and before I mention the hotel facilities. I want to highlight the key element to the success of any hospitality establishment. It's the employees, specifically ((NINO)). how the way she acts looks like she was born in hospitality and gives you feel like you are in your home. Really, your management lucky as they have you Nino. my work in hospitality for more than 22 years and the main part in my work to appreciate that kind of employees. keep it up.

The staff were very warm and welcoming. Truly helpful and kind . The lady on reception called Neno was amazing . Because of her I had a nice stay in town . She booked all amazing restaurants, city tours , taxi and introduced all nice places of the city which was amazingly beautiful and I truly loved her ideas . Without her help I would have been lost . A massive thank you to all staff specially this friendly kind and helpful lady . Wish to see you all very soon .
