When you arrive at the hotel you meet a very friendly staff. They are very helpful and hospitable. The rooms had space and were clean. Breakfast brings you another cheerful moment. It is delicious and people with different dietary preferences find what they need. Also, the staff at the restaurant is polite and friendly. We had a business trip, so it was wonderful to come back and have a nap after our daily routine. I want to thank all the staff. Guys, you are amazing and every morning you made my day with your warm words and kind attitude.
To be honest, I liked everything. Just you must keep in mind that it is a 40 minute walk to Old Tbilisi. But you can take a taxi it's about 4-5 GEL.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our rooms were spacious and spotless! The bed very comfortable. We really liked the breakfast, great options ! We tried the rooftop restaurant, good for casual dining and the other one , delicious! We couldn’t walk to the city but taxis are available ,fast and very cheap !

I really like the hotel design, facilities, view, cleanliness, and the helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious with beautiful view and very nice and clean bathrooms.
Not being in old Tbilisi, and located on riverside highway, relatively makes the transportation and places to visit (on foot) slightly uncomfortable.

The hotel is very clean, spacious rooms, great pool and spa. Staff is very friendly and helpful. These are probably the biggest rooms. Great selection of breakfast. The view from the room was beautiful.
The hotel is 7 min drive from old Tbilisi.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Reception staff are all v nice. They support guests very well. Food is amazing and Maryam at the restaurant is a wonderful professional lady. Very clean room and the housekeeping are all nice people.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay overall :)
Perhaps because this is a newer hotel, but there were some pricing issues that came up when ordering room service and checking out, however, explained the issues to the staff, and everything was taken care of pleasantly. Not much around the hotel.

The room was terrific, very comfortable, clean, and big. The breakfast was one of the best that I had in a hotel. They let me check out in the afternoon, so I enjoyed my comfy room till my flight back :)
