We were greeted by a very pleasant staff. On a hot day the chef treated us to a dogwood compote and it was great! Comfortable clean room, homely atmosphere and of course the delicious breakfast as if cooked by grandma. It's not a buffet, the breakfast is brought by the waiter. It is very varied, delicious and hearty. Just give it a try, it is a fantastic experience.

I needed stable internet for online meetings for work, and unfortunately the wi-fi wasn't great. But if you don't need great internet, it's perfectly fine.

Had a great first trip to Georgia. The staff at the hotel were amazing. Temor and David went above and beyond to help us with all our questions and were a wealth of knowledge and great advice. Very friendly, accommodating and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing and filling, delicious and varied over our 3 days there. We loved our time there. The location was great with easy access to many great places. The view from our window over the city was an added bonus! Great value for the price and we would go back I'm a heartbeat! I recently stayed at this hotel and my experience was fantastic! Firstly, the warmth and hospitality of the staff were truly commendable. From check-in to check-out, at every step, I felt like I was at home. The cleanliness and arrangement of the room were impeccable. The rooms were modern and comfortably arranged, equipped with everything we needed. And the view was breathtaking! We dined at the hotel restaurant and were amazed by the flavors. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was prompt and efficient. The location was also perfect. Being close to the city center provided easy access to nearby tourist attractions. Additionally, the quiet and peaceful atmosphere around the hotel was ideal for those looking to unwind. In conclusion, we were extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The warmth of the staff, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, and the delightful food make it a compelling choice for future stays. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

We travelled from Moldova with 2 kids 10 and 7 years old. All of us found the place to be cozy, comfortable and very friendly. Breakfasts are very healthy, fresh and tasty. David and Timur at reception made us feel as if we are staying with our relatives. The actual building is old , feels very historical. It is not a luxury hotel to manage your expectations but for sure worth the money. Our kids liked :).

Besides being comfortable and well-located, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. And breakfast just didn't seem to stop - everything freshly homemade/ cooked and quite frankly delicious! I would stay here again.

It came as a surprise that they didn't accept credit cards. Not a real problem as ATMs are nearby, but it took a couple of days to receive the change from payment.

Absolutely recommended hotel! The staff is very friendly, especially Temo goes the extra mile and is very kind, active and helpful! The location is great but get ready to walk the hill :) The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The walls are a bit think and if someone was talking in the corridor in the morning, it could be heard. Nothing else to comment on, everything fine!

Our stay at the hotel was filled with amazing hospitality and a cozy atmosphere. The staff is the most welcoming and friendly we've ever encountered during our travels. It's like staying at a friend's house – the kind of friend who's always ready to help but never interferes in your personal affairs without asking. The breakfast was perfect, with a home-cooked feel that was both comforting and delicious. There was a great variety of dishes, and we're grateful to the talented cooks. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a great location. However, it's worth noting that this part of the city has many hills, and the sidewalks may not be suitable for strollers. The rooms were warm, and it was convenient to have the option to regulate the temperature with the AC. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

Fresh renovated small family hotel. Cosy and welcoming. Rooms are large and clean, with a big wardrobe. There are three things about this hotel that make you feel happy staying there: 1) Fantastic, loving atmosphere, when staff make you feel like visiting close friends or relatives. 2) Very good location — just 4 minutes walk from Rustavelli metro station, easy to get anywhere by walk, taxi, or public transport. 3) The best, best, I mean really the BEST breakfast! Georgian food, but not too exotic. This breakfast was better than most of dinners I had in my life :) Believe me or not, you’ll forget any possible inconvenience after such a delicious start of the day!

Would be nice to have a tea/coffee maker in the room. No elevator, and a stairs with steep steps. However staff always help with your luggage.

Friendly service, with a smile. Breakfast had very good variety and quantity and was very tasty - an excellent introduction to Georgian cuisine. The hotel also arranged to pick me up from the airport, at a very fair price, which was very helpful as I was arriving in the middle of the night. The area is pleasant with neighbourhood grocers, bakers etc, and a 5-7 minute walk to Rusteveli metro station.

There is no lift in the hotel, the area also has rather steep streets. Not an issue for me but it might be a challenge to someone with reduced mobility.
