The room is spacious, clean, great view on the river.

*The breakfasf choices were atrocious! There is barely any option it is literally salad, cereal, fried egg, toast and that's it. It is usually cold, no staff available there to ask for anything extra. The food was not up to standards. *The toilet was small. *In the balcony there was a wooden ceiling and walls that hid the river view partially . That was a disappointment as i am not able to see the view unless i go out to the balcony. Other rooms had normal balconies without this wooden cover. *At the time of the check-in the staff were not aware of my booking and took time to check me in, and they initially offered a room with 2 separate beds when I requested for one king size bed.

Some of the rooms had issues with plumbing not being fully functional, which was a drawback. Additionally, the more affordable attic rooms, while economical, lacked windows, which could be a significant downside for those who prefer natural light and a view. These aspects were the main detractors from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to the main market and sight-seeing places. The staff, especially the receptionist, was very helpful; she provided me with a SIM card for free until you stay there and helped me add internet as well.

I traveled with my family, and it was a little difficult to climb the third floor because they don't have elevators because it's a very old building. I totally understand the history of that place. They don't have housekeeping to pick up your luggage till your room. We traveled with a lot of bags.

The only Hotel in all of Tbilisi with a view of the river!! must book the River View apartment - you will not be disappointed. Each river-view double room/ suite has a large balcony. In the late evening as the 'Mother of Georgia' and the fort opposite are lit up you can sit for hours just watching them.

1. The Kitchen opens only for breakfast! so this is technically a bed and breakfast, not a proper hotel. there is no restaurant or food in the daytime. You can use food delivery apps - i used glevo which was very efficient. there are restaurants nearby including an indian restaurant up the lane. 2. There are threatening notices of a fine of 500 gel for smoking in the room which is entirely unnecessary - for 2 reasons- 1- there is a large balcony with an ashtray placed on the table outside your room so you can smoke there as much as you like and 2- the housekeeping staff smoke throughout the day in the balcony with the door open - even the corridors smell of cigarette smoke - so the warning notice in the room is not required.

This is a boutique hotel in a historical building right over the river. Amazing views and close to cable car and bridge to the other side of Old Tbilisi. Staff was very helpful and nice. Good breakfast

No lift to higher floor as it’s a historical building. We stayed on first floor so it wasn’t a problem for us. No bellboy to help with luggage.

It is a very good hotel two minutes from the center on foot. It is silent, which is to be appreciated in the hustle and bustle of the city.

Breakfast is rather boring with very little choices and no fresh bread. The biggest problem for me was that WIFI wasn’t working during all of my stay (5 days). It connects, but it doesn’t work and they couldn’t help it. They should work on fixing that. In general hotel is very nice.

Good location and the city view rooms have a great view but the downside is they are a bit noisy with the road traffic as you are close to a main road.

The breakfast was very poor I had it one day but skipped it the second. Also it does not start until 9am!! Minimal fruit for a country that produces so much - a poor show. Needs a bit of TLC.

Hello to Everyone! At 1st, hotel has a really cool location: near old city center across the bridge, near metro station with shops in few minutes and despite this it's a quiet place. If u have a room with river view it'll be an excellent view to the city all day, but even on other side u'll have a good view :) I also liked the staff at the hotel and the room in general, and the presence of a good breakfast only completed the picture. :)

Just a couple of things. We did not understand how the TV worked, it required some kind of card. Very weak wi-fi. It seems like it is, but it works hard.

Very very good Hotel in Tbilisi. I want to mention about 3 things. 1. Very Neat & Clean rooms. Located in the city centre. Access to local tour operators, restaurants, Local buses, etc., 2. Morning free breakfast is very Delicious (გემრიელი). 3. Very very important is the receptionist Ms Nino. She is very helpful in all ways. She made arrangements for airport pickup and drop, room accommodations, and was all-time accessible even if she was not on duty. She was helping throughout our travel to Georgia even when we were not in Tbilisi. Her gesture is very appreciable. We stayed for 4 days in this hotel. She surprised us, gifting us the best wine.

No lift service. they should mention while selecting the room.

The location is tremendous, over the river gorge and by a landmark church, close by the old Armenian quarter of the city. The view from the restaurant could not be bettered. The breakfast was adequate and the room quiet. Reception very early in the morning was easy. I would stay again with pleasure.

Our room was a little plain. But it remained very good value for money.
