Very good location, very clean and nice. The room was spacious and well designed.

The view on the first floor is quite poor for the price, no balcony or something.

- Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Reception is staffed 24/7. - Convenient location in the heart of old Tbilisi and close to the Abanotubani sulfur baths and Narikala fortress - Both rooms and common areas are stylish and very clean. - The breakfast buffet is outstanding and among the best I've ever had at a hotel. It's definitely quality above quantity but you get a good selection of bread, super fresh fruit and vegetables and freshly made Georgian pastries every morning. The ladies at the breakfast buffet and in the kitchen are so nice and attentive.

- Located in a busy tourist district, it can get noisy outside at night. If you're a light sleeper, this place isn't for you. - Next metro station is quite far, so you need to walk a bit or take taxis. - We tried different rooms. The standard rooms were a bit on the small side, so be aware. - In of the beds we had the mattress was a bit worn and too soft (might need renewal)

We loved the location and explored the old part of the city by foot. Lovely restaurants and cool bars nearby to discover. Also right next to the sulphur baths which we did try out. We liked the art deco elements of windows and cupboards and to have a modern bath. Nice breakfast and lovely breakfast ladies in the morning.

It didn’t bother us but you probably wouldn’t want to spend much time in the lobby. We had rain while we were there so it would have come handy to borrow sturdy umbrellas from the reception. Minor things really, as we would happily stay there again.

The bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in my 2 months none stop travelling! The staff members are all So helpful and warm and welcoming. Room was amazing for the price I’ve paid and will be the only place I stay when visiting Tbilisi next. Location was perfect and the receptionists Mariam was so lovely and I enjoyed our chats and all te recommendations that she suggested! Overall this stay and the hotel itself and and location was definitely a 10/10!

Absolutely nothing

Breakfast was decent and adequate. It was prepared by one person and for her to be able to do that everyday is really great. It was all homemade. What was the best part would be the staff, location, cleanliness, value and everything else.

Lounge for having the breakfast was in the lobby. Could be in a separate area preferably but not at all a deal breaker.

The location of this hotel is perfect as most of the attractions are within a walkable distance. Plenty of restaurants are close so getting food or anything else of need isn't an issue. The hotel staff was really nice and always greeted us with a smile. Overall it was great staying here - rooms were cleaned daily, amenities restocked/changed daily, rooms small though cozy, wonderful staff, great location. Great views 🙂.

Our room was beautiful and very spacious for 2 people. We loved the terrace as it had a great view over the baths. Nice to enjoy in the evenings.

We didn’t know the terrace would be shared with the room beside which didn’t leave much room for privacy. It also didn’t have a hotel bar. Reception was quite small. It’s often nice to have this option in the evening for a drink.

The most friendly staff compared to all other places we visited in Georgia. Especially Ekatarina was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing, especially the home made pastries. The location is great, right next to the baths and close to the historical center.

The bathrooms looks great but it is basically impossible to take a shower without making the whole bathroom completely wet.

Sincerely this was one of our best hotel experiences .. and we had booked it just the day before without much time to research. Firstly the building itself is one of the most iconic of the Old Town/Sulfur Bath area.. the hight floors of the hotel literally look over the bath domes. In terms of the rooms, they are gorgeous, the staff so so so kind (keep reading) & are there 24/7 (we checkin in at 5am).. the breakfast is offered from I think 8am until 11am & is really lush. This stay of 5 nights would already have been exceptional but some how the staff heard it was my Birthday that week.. and we were granted a TRIPLE room upgrade from the 1st floor (standard bedroom) to the top floor split penthouse suite > literally 3 of the 4 walls were glass. And on the day a plate of waffles with Happy Birthday written on it was gifted. In our rush we had messed up our dates and so needed to extend a day, expected we would need to move rooms, but no we were gifted the same upgraded room for the basic room price. Despite all that I just loved the furniture, colours and the location for a first visit in Tbilisi. Oh dont overlook the restaurant on the side street to the hotel.. there is only one on this street so you can't miss it. This ended up being our fav Georgian Restaurant.. and trust me, we tried many!
