We recently stayed at a charming 3-star hotel in Tbilisi, and I was very pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The room was comfortable and equipped with a well-functioning air conditioner, which was a relief during the warm days. The beds were comfy, water pressure in the faucet was excellent, and the Wi-Fi was easily accessible and reliable, making my stay convenient and stress-free. One of the highlights of the hotel was the spacious balcony upstairs, offering a stunning view of the whole city. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the beautiful scenery. Even though the hotel was 3 star, it was priced very competitively it provided great value for the money I paid. The combination of a friendly environment, essential amenities, and the fantastic balcony view made my stay very pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly option in Tbilisi.

I really like the family that owns and operates the property. They're really nice, kind and very helpful. I'd love to visit them again. Actually, we already missed them, especially the grandma. There's a Spar very close and a restaurant and bakery among many others nearby. If the largest cathedral in Georgia is your destination, it's just right in front of it.

The location is quite far from old town Tbilisi, around 1.7k, which should not be a problem if you like walking, but if you have children, it turns out to be a tough walk, going down and up the slopes and back, but easy if you take stops with the kids at the Rike Park.

The location is great - very close to all the attractions in the old city yet quiet. The staff were amazing - very understanding and helpful. The room was simple but very clean (the bathroom was spotless). And they have a rooftop with an amazing view where you can enjoy your Turkish coffee in the morning. Across the street there's a cute cafe that opens at 8 am if for some reason the homemade breakfast offered at the hotel is not what you want. Fof me it was value for the money and I was very happy with my choice.

Parking is horrible as you have to park very close to one side of the road in a narrow lane, not a proper parking . We were worried if the car get scratched but luckily it was ok. We felt the price is a little high for this accommodation after travelling in Georgia for a week

Location is good cause its walking distance to some major attractions but if having a rental car parking is a little bit difficult. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Roof top garden has a nice view of the Holy Trinity Cathedral

Walls between rooms are quite thin. You can hear the noise from the other rooms. Personally it doesnt bother me but I was waking up early to have an early start and having shower at around 4/5am I think the next door guests were not very happy about it.

We enjoyed our stay inTbilisi. We arrived earlier but the staff received us very friendly, treated with coffee and everything we needed after our long trip until our room is ready. Special thanks to Stella, she is very kind, friendly, ready to help you in any situation.

The personnel were very welcoming and helpful. Everything was clean. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed the stay. I wish I knew that Tbilisi has so many hills and this accommodation was on one of them (compared to the city centre). I most recommend using cheap Bolt when staying here.

I stayed in this cozy hotel for one night during my trip from Erevan to Kutaisi. The hotel is very good located - in a quiet street opposite the beautiful Tbilisi Cathedral, and in a walking distance from center, the intercity bus station and underground. It is very clean and comfortable. My room had a balcony with good views on Tbilisi and Cathedral. Everything in my room was new, in a working condition. The personnel was very polite and friendly. This hotel is a very good choice in the terms of value for money.
