Excellent location in a good area in Tbilisi. The hotel is really nice and room clean and nicely decorated. The staff is friendly.

The staff could be a bit more professional i.e. the reception smells cigarette very often as staff go out just behind the reception for a smoke, the breakfast buffet was both days half empty - probably the staff should have a look more often and refill. Also the breakfast is quite mediocre in terms of variety and presentation (except for the a la carte menu with the eggs which is very good)

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city.

This is by far the best accommodation I have stayed at in Tbilisi. My bf and I really enjoyed staying there and will only stay at this hotel from now on. The rooms are so cozy and extremely clean. The breakfast is lovely. The location is amazing- in a busy part of town but tucked away in a small alley/courtyard. The staff at reception and breakfast was really nice and polite. On top of that, we were able to bring our pets (extremely important to us) and they were super accommodating, even cleaning the room when we requested so we could take our pets with us while they were cleaning. They provide all essentials such as toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, Slippers, bathrobes, blowdrier, coffee, tea etc. We honestly loved our stay so much we are already planning our next stay in December! Please keep up the good work and affordable prices.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! It's atmospheric and cozy. The room is comfortable, with good furniture, а soft carpet underfoot, and plenty of sockets, including some hidden ones. The bathroom is great too, nice water tap in the shower, and bidet built into the toilet. The breakfasts in restaurant are tasty and quite varied.

There are a few minor downsides to the bathroom, like water spilling outside the shower cabin (I think the doors need to be adjusted), and the sink tap are oddly low, which is a bit strange but also kind of amusing :D But all of this is very insignificant, this hotel is too good!

Very new and smart interior, very comfortable bed. Great location near lots of good restaurants.

The breakfast was okay but not as generous as the pictures online suggested - lots of things ran out, there was no fresh fruit etc. We did not use the restaurant for dinner as it was very hard to find information about this - e.g the menu - even when we asked at the front desk, and it seemed to be empty all the time.

The only one thing I didn’t like about the hotel that it don’t have (Shataf) الفندق مافيه شطاف

a clean, newely renovated building in walking distance to all major spots of the old town. Close to the fine Barbarstan fine-dining restaurant and a metro station just a few meters away. Great friendly and helpful staff at service around the clock.

Newly renovated, very clean hotel, great location. I enjoyed my stay - staff was very friendly and attentive, unfortunately I didn’t have chance to try breakfast, but I would imagine it would meet my expectations.

Main door was usually locked, so I had to knock and wait until someone open the door ( which was done pretty fast though ). Guess it’s done for safety reasons

Super kind and friendly stuff. Design of the hotel is super cute. Rooms are super clean and breakfast was excellent. It was my first time in Tbilisi and I wasn’t mistaken by choosing Twenties hotel. Price is super cheap compared to other places.

Beautiful recently renovated building, stylish interior, perfectly clean room. The hotel is in the city centre but in a quiet courtyard, so we weren’t disturbed by any noise of traffic.
