This property took us by surprise. Very friendly staff, both at check in, and the next day for breakfast and checkout. We actually had car troubles the next day and the front desk staff person was very helpful arranging for a tow truck. Room was very clean, and the bed was very comfy. Best part was, the hotel was so quiet - we could not hear anyone else, and it was so peaceful. Breakfast the next morning was excellent.

Nothing - our stay here could not have been any netter, and we will stay here again the next time we are in Augsburg - highly recommend this hotel!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff made us feel welcome with our baby and dog, they even prepared a surprise for the dog. The location was quiet and surrounded by a green area, great for walking the dog. Breakfast was good.

Dog owners can't sit in the breakfast area but have to stay in the lobby. We think it would have been easier for us to manage our curious dog if we could have sat at the table where we could have tied her.

Our room was very comfortable and everything seemed super new. They also have a good shower. They have an excelent breakfast/restaurant nearby (Meikes) - good to have a reservation! We came with a pet and everything was also prepared to accomodate her.

The breakfast area is super busy, it's better to avoid the peak hours.

We thought the breakfast was good. Nice assortment of dairy, fruit, protein and bread. Coffee was good. The hours breakfast was available were great. The atmosphere was a bit noisy given the high ceilings with little acoustics and the concrete floors. As non-smokers, we appreciated the hotel’s “no smoking policy” throughout the hotel.

The room lighting wasn’t as bright as we would have liked. We could have also used more hooks to hang up coats and clothes.

I liked the design of the room and the attention to details, like: The welcome sign, the welcome cookie, the way the windows were soundproof since I could not hear any traffic other than the ambulances. The lighting and mirrors in the bathroom were really good for makeup (very unusual for hotels actually). The non-bleached toilet paper and recycled notepad. It's a new fresh hotel. An extra feeling of safety since you needed the key card to get in to the corridor as well as your room.

The breakfast was the biggest disappointment of the hotel. For the price of it the selection was pretty small, things were finished 1 h before the end of breakfast time. It was just underwhelming. Mostly cold things since all the warm things were gone. The location is a bit off but we chose the hotel because we had our errands in the area.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious, everything was new and modern and parking on the street right outside the hotel was easy. They also offer you a free drink if you choose not to have your room cleaned which is good for the environment.

It's a 10-15min tram ride to the city but the tram is very close. The view out the window isn't great. I would have liked a kettle in my room to be able to make a cup of tea but I had to go down and get hot water from the bar every time I wanted to do that.

Very clean, nice staff, beautiful design, new facilities. Plenty of parking.

Located at an industrial park and not in the city centre - designed for a business trip, while we were tourists. Plus, no cattle for tea or coffee. Breakfast is pretty basic and therefore a bit expensive for the cost they charge.

Very clean, loved the amenities, and the choice to get a bottled water. Close to the tram station, and all the staff were helpful.

The price of the breakfast seemed a little bit steep to me. It was 22.50€ per person, per day. With that, it was a good breakfast.

For me, the location was good as it is located right next to the hospital - to reach the inner city it takes 30 minutes by bus though

The staff is friendly, the location is good for the hospital. The bus 32 takes you from the hospital to the main train station. There is also tram station nearby and you can easily reach the city center. Good coffee and beer in the lobby.

There were external blinds with regulation in the room but sometimes an automatic mode was turning them up or down and it is very annoying if you try to rest. Also we had the room closest to the elevator and as the isolation was not very good, we were able to hear very well all the other people on the floor when they went out or back.
