Positive Aspects: - The hotel’s location is exceptionally convenient, situated directly opposite the main train station, making it very accessible for guests. - Despite its close proximity to a potentially noisy train station, the hotel provides a tranquil environment, contributing to a good night's sleep. - The self-check-in process, necessitated by an unforeseen emergency, was straightforward and hassle-free, allowing easy access to the room. - The room, while compact, was tastefully decorated, creating a pleasant atmosphere. - The comfort of the bed was a highlight, ensuring restful sleep for guests.

Areas for Improvement: - The room size may be a concern for some guests, indicating a potential need for a variety of room size options.

As always the 🥣 breakfast. The rooms and bed. The location.

Less chocolates this time. And for some reason the employee made an mistake and I paid double, which they did not even inform me upfront. but rather I had to reach out to them a few days later. I stayed a night, 16-17th Feb, and it has been 30th March stil my money has not come back. This process needs to be made easier and faster. this time the staff were not as friendly or as good greeters as they usually are. most rooms are ok I imagine, but sometimes a room may not be that good, especially if you have used any of the other rooms earlier.

Very close to railway station and town centre. Comfortable room. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff.

The only problem was with the bathroom sink when we arrived but the girl in reception ensured that it was fixed as soon as possible. Many thanks!

The room was well decorated and very clean and the bed comfortable. Although close to train station with quite some traffic during the day, it was very quiet at night.

No personnel from the hotel was present from our arrival Saturday afternoon until Sunday morning. Therefore all the items that were "available at the reception" (iron, additional toiletries, extra pillow etc.) would have required to call somebody and it was not possible to get information about the city. Bit strange for a hotel in that price range. Self-check-in worked well for me, but other guests did not receive the code (probably because they booked the same day) and could not access their room.

Very cozy hotel in central location in Augsburg opposite of main train station. Good size room, nice decoration, premium quality bed. Outstanding breakfast buffet absolutely worth the (extra) money and deserves to be planned in to have time for

Did not bother us and just a result of the location - it is not the most appealing part of Augsburg especially with the main train station under construction. But, great insulated windows and very quiet good night sleep

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was very nice indeed with a wide choice - the scrambled eggs were full of flavor, the breads and cake were a perfect partner with the coffee and juices. The jams (jellies) were also really nice. Things we didnt try but were available and looked good , fruit, cold meat/cheese, sausages. The hotel is positioned about 3 minutes walk to the station from where trains to Munich run very frequently.

Really lovely hotel. Comfortable room, lovely breakfast (worth the cost) and excellent lounge and honour bar for a late evening. We really enjoyed our stay and liked the staff a lot.

Having parking is super but we recommend you figure out how to enter the lot by circling the block once before parking as it is between two other parking lots and the entrance is small and tight. A recommendation not a negative!

The staff was very nice and helpful. The young lady at reception lent us her personal umbrella when she saw that all the hotel umbrellas were already out. The hotel was directly across the street from the train station. We drove, but it was in a great location.

Hamza at check-in was so accommodating and helpful. The room was delightful. It was tastefully decorated, while making you feel at home. It was clean/sanitized too - made me feel safe. Amenities were spot on. A cold bottle of water to welcome us in our room was thoughtful. Hotel was conveniently located outside the train station. It was also very near all the major sights. Easily walkable.

That we had to check out early and didn't get the chance to try their breakfast.

Located right across the road from the train station, giving easy access to Munich. Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a room with a pool table for socialising.
