The hotel was in a very good location that was easy to find. It was a short walk to the centre. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We arrived a little early but were allowed to leave our car in the hotel's car park, so although our room was not quite ready it was not a problem for us. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. We would gladly use this hotel again on our journeys through Germany.

We were worried that the trams running past the hotel would wake us as they start running very early, but, as it happened, they didn't bother us.

We liked the location of the property, the price was very reasonable. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. Those are the most important priorities for us.

There wasn’t much wrong for us but things I would mention that might be an issue with others. We were there in a June and we experienced a few days with temps around 30 degrees. The rooms do not have A/C but to be fair it wasn’t too bad, that might have become a problem with consistently high temps over several days, something to consider maybe.

Everything I needed at a great price right across from a UNESCO site. I really enjoyed the the in-room coffe maker and relaxing chairs to drink it in.

The S-bahn runs right outside the window. They keep reasonable hours, but it was a bit of an alarm earlier than expected. The only real issue was the minimal barrier to keep water in the shower. I had to tuck up against the end to keep the water from splashing out.

Super clean, well arranged room with super comfy chairs. Very nice fresh bathroom! Amazing table on wheels on the bed for breakfast, writing, tablet, etc!

Option for breakfast available 8€pp, was expecting more warm food, like omelet, porridge, some sausage, maybe bacon, but was only hard boiled egg warm.

The room was comfortable with chairs to sit on. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful. The receptionist when we arrived spoke very good English and made helpful suggestions for things we might like to see.

We were a bit confused when we arrived as it said “City Hostel “ at main hotel entrance. We were told we were in another building across the road. However it turned out to be fine.

Room was very comfortable, and just what we ordered. We really enjoyed the breakfast - great selection of food and drink, plus nice dining room.

To have NOT been sent to get a "green sticker" - turns out our rental car already had one!

Our 2 rooms were in different buildings so it was a little awkward but the staff gave us an extra key just in case we needed to get up to our teenage kids . It worked out.

Very happy time spent at the hotel-friendly staff, lovely clean room, bed was soft & breakfast just adequate, however, I really was happy there & location was good-would recommend

Really good for the price range, large clean room with strong wifi, FRIENDLY and HELPFUL reception and parking on the hotel's lot which was helpful for a massive van. 5 min walk into the main town but on a street filled with interesting restaurants, antique shops and a couple of funky bars. Good stay, would stay here again. Desk guy was exceptionally helpful, super appreciate that. Standard checkout is 11:00, quite late, which was great.

Bed pillows lumpy fluff, really terrible. EVERYTHING ELSE GREAT.

Really good location, next to the Fuggerei. There're a bit steep stairs, but a balcony for smokers in every floor. We used a parking which was fair, but haven't eat breakfast.

A bit mess with a shower (water runs everywhere on floor)
