Clean and comfortable, walkable distance to S bahn

For a 4 star hotel, I was hoping there's a least a kettle in the room to boil hot water.

The location and the room were spacious.

It was not clean and the housekeeper was inadequate

-rooms were beautiful and very clean. -breakfast was good, varied, everything fresh: cheese, fruit -The whole ambiance of hotel is good and friendly -Both barkeepers really did very well at the footballmatch: hospitable, serving quickly and attentive, nice decorations. They really made atmosphere.

-No coffee/tea facilities on room -we wanted to park in the parking garage. The answer of the receptionist : "I don't know if there is place and if it is full you can't turn around" wasn't very helpful. If only she had told there was a parking garage around the corner, now we drove 20 minutes to find one.

Super central location, near dining spots, shopping, and less than 10 minutes to the train station. The rooms were quiet and felt private, with a big window with a view of the street. The stuff helped us to order a taxi back to the airport and helped us finish our trip comfortably.

The staff could not help us with recommendations, maybe it was only the specific staff we talked to that day. Moreover, the rooms do not have kettles, we asked for a kettle and were told we would get one, but it took about two more days, and reminding the staff to get us a kettle. The rooms were clean, but the sides of the bed were dusty, and it got on a shoe that got stuck there.

Great location close to an SBahn station. Wonderful people at the Front desk, Bar and Housekeeping. Ever so kind and accommodating. Very clean. Quick Roomservice at no extra charge. Highly recommended 👌 We're going back to this Hotel in December when we spend our Christmas time in Berlin.

Evening meals are served in the spacious Bar but unfortunately not in the beautiful Breakfast Restaurant. Dinnerservice in the Restaurant Room would be appreciated.

Lovely Staff, Great Location, Very Clean Rooms, Housekeeping is fantastic, they appreciated our privacy and never ignored the "Do not disturb sign."

Everything we buy from Bar, Roomservice etc. has to be paid on the spot. For us as loyalty cardholder that's a hassle. We had to collect all our receipts and have them added to our card. It's ridiculous and very inconvenient. We would like Breakfast in Bed.

Good hotel, very friendly staff and helpful plus a perfect location. The breakfast choice was great and it changed every day a little. The room was very big and we paid for 3 nights what we normally would pay already for 1 maybe 2 nights in Berlin. So a great place for the city. Short walk to S-Bahn and Edeka / Lidl shop across the road. Neighborhood real posh lots of little cozy restaurants. For Berlin definitely the best choice for price-quality and I tried many more before

17Euro for breakfast is very expensive The mattress was not the best Right at main street and loud but quiet with close windows

We stayed the last week in June for my birthday ,everything was first class, from start to finish. We had a wonderful time there, would definitely go back. All the staff we're amazing, but one stood out, couldn't do enough for us, and his name was Omar Sharieff ( so he told us anyway 😂) went above and beyond. Abba Berlin Hotel is a lovely hotel, good value for money. Situated in a lovely area of the west end, it is a perfect location for those wishing to explore he city. There are many cafés and restaurants very close by and it is within a comfortable walking distance to the Uhland st U Bahn station and Savigny Platz S Bahn station. It is also within walking distance of the Europa mall. Staff were welcoming and unobtrusive and cleanliness levels were good. Would recommend for travellers to the city on a break or for business purposes.

Some minor areas of the room could do with a refresh, otherwise there was nothing to dislike.

Third time we’ve stayed here. Nice hotel, in a great area - close to Savignyplatz for travel, nice eateries close by

Air-con could have been cooler - it was just about ok, but Berlin in summer can be, and was, very hot.
