Top location, rich breakfast, clean rooms, espresso machine in the room. Amenities such as shampoo and soap were high quality ones. You are at the heart of Ku'damm.

There were 2 elevators but the left elevator did not work during all our stay. Hotel was crowded and we lost lots of time due to elevator queue. It was horrible. Spa area has a problem with keys. They have given me 2 times new key in order to open the spa door. It did not work at all. With towels etc, i waited elevator for 3-4 mins and came down to reception. Then somebody from reception came to Spa and opened the door.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, with modern and new facilities. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, especially for a European hotel. Both the train station and bus stops were just a few minutes' walk away, which was very convenient. Check-in and check-out were seamless and fast. A big thanks to the team for the surprise room upgrade and the complimentary breakfast—we truly appreciated it!

There wasn’t anything I disliked about the hotel. Maybe the guaranteed check-in time could be a bit earlier.

Very nice hotel, in a lively neighbourhood full of shops, bars and restaurants. Friendly staff and clean and modern room. We really enjoyed the huge bed. Located in the western part of Berlin, it’s well connected by means of public transport, by S-Bahn, U-Bahn and Bus, all in walking distance 3-4 minutes from room to platform.

There were works going on in the sauna area, so there was only one sauna available, but I assume this will be resolved in the near future. There’s really not much negative to say about the hotel.

Excellent breakfast choice and served until 10.00 on weekdays. The reception staff were very helpful, after my companion's bag did not arrive at the airport, although the problem wasn't resolved.

There wasn't a USB point in the room, so my companion couldn't charge her phone without paying for an adapter. Seems strange for a modern hotel.

The location is superb! Super close to metro stations (both S-Bahn and U-Bahn), lots of cafes, bar and restaurants in 1 minute walk. It is 1 minute walk from Ku-dam street and many great stores. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The hotel is very clean and it has its own piano bar. It is dog friendly.

Some rooms are very close to the railway and they can be noisy (on day time). The windows are very helpful but you can still hear the trains. It didn't bother us on night time though.

Everything exceeded expectations. Hotels in the EU at this price range are generally small with minimal facilities but this hotel offered spectacular value for money with the big room size, kettle facilities and refreshments. Bathtub was also available in my selected room choice, and the room was spotlessly clean. Maybe because it was a weekday, i was offered free breakfast, which i greatly appreciated. Selection were very satisfactory, with freshly squeezed vegetable juices a highlight for my stay, as well as seeing a cheese wheel during breakfast. Overall i felt very safe in this hotel as a solo female traveller and was very happy with the service provided at this hotel.

Maybe it would help to have a ledge on the doors, but i understand the lackthereof might be due to regulatory/ security restrictions.

Breakfast had a good choice of options, all excellent quality and well presented. The hotel is 2 minutes walk from Kurfürstendamm so it’s excellently placed. Savigny Platz S-Bahn station is 3 or 4 minutes walk away. There are LOTS of restaurants of all sorts within a stone’s throw.

The Van Gough bar is OK if you want cocktails and eye watering prices - otherwise, give it a miss.

Perfect location: Charlottenburg, between Kantstr and Ku'damm. Walking distance to Uhlandstr. metro station. Convenient garage for guests for only 22 euros per day. A nice, clean room with nothing missing. The shower faucet with a rain shower, controlled by two buttons, is particularly fun. The service was polite and helpful.

Breakfasts could be more varied, although they are still better than the nearby bistros.

We read the previous reviews before booking this room. They mention the tram/train noise and we were a bit worried. When we arrived at the bedroom, it was facing the train line (like the NH hotel photos on the listing) but the triple glass windows did a very good job and we nearly don't hear the trains. So we were very happy with this. Would stay again for sure.

In the same reviews, we read people talking about the fact that had to walk into a garage before arriving at the bedrooms. In fact, it is not very pleasant, but not a deal breaker since the bedroom is the most important part.

The hotel is located in a pleasant neighborhood with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, offering a nice local vibe. However, it's a bit far from the main tourist attractions. The rooms are clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The only downside is that the hotel is close to the railroad, so you can hear trains passing by, which can be a bit noisy, especially at night.
