This was a surprise. A very large room with large bed and table and chairs, balcony, separate fully equiped kitchen and separate fine bathroom. A mini apartment in fact. I was in Berlin for the opera, and it was just 2 blocks to the Deutsche Oper. The unit comes well equiped with extra towels etc - uselful as they don't sevice in a week. So you need to think you are living in your own unit, and be sensible about cleaning any dishes etc. But for the price, a small effort to make.

I had a messed up arrival process, but once that was sorted, all went smoothly.

The property is close to the subway station and the railway station (Charlottenburg). We reached the station directly from airport. Since we visited the Deutsche Opera we benefited from proximity to this. We could walk to Zoo one morning. There is nice large pedestrian street very close to the studio. The studio itself was clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything needed (no wine opener though). The bathroom was tiny but we could manage.

There was a little problem to get a key from digital key box. They sent 5-digit code but it seemed that the box only assumed 4 digits. Fortunately somebody from office came to help us. When you leave, the instructions tell you to drop the key to letter box. We tried to find one, but did not succeed. We drop it again to digital box even it was not allowed.

The location is excellent, very quiet at night even though it's super close to the city center. We felt very safe even at night, and there is a big shopping center right around the corner with tons of options for grocery stores, pharmacies, ... really anything you might need. S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations are very close by. And the farmer's market on Wednesdays and Saturdays right outside the door is a great bonus to get some fresh fruits, vegetables and baked goods. Getting the keys was super easy. I'd definitely stay here again.

The rooms were big but very sparsely furnished. There was hardly any counter space in the bathroom, and the shower was tiny.

The hotel let me checkin early. The location is great. There’s a small square with a nice church in front of the apartment, and a market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Nearby, there are shopping streets, grocery stores, and, most importantly, the metro and train stations are just a 5-minute walk away. It takes about 20 minutes by public transport to reach the city center. I stayed in October, so I didn’t need air conditioning. The heating and hot water worked perfectly. The place was quite clean, and the reception girl was very friendly. The hotel refunded my deposit within one day.

I liked everything, but the only thing that bothered me was that the apartment was on the 1st floor, very close to the ground, so at first, I didn’t feel very safe as a solo traveler. But overall, it was safe.

The location of the hotel is perfect! The district is very nice, with lots of grocery shops and cafes nearby. It's just a 5-minute walk to the subway, and only four stops from the city center. The rooms are spacious and full of natural light, and the small kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast or lunch. The contactless check-in process was easy and convenient.

we stayed in May when it was already quite hot, and the apartment is south-facing, so it gets a lot of sun. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably at night. Additionally, while the couch in the living room is large, it creaks quite a bit

The place was amazing!! very clean and nice, just as in the pictures. The apartment was equipped with everything I needed: coffee machine, toaster, iron, hair dryer...etc. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet... There is a market on Sunday close to the place, which is nice to check out.. The staff let me check-in early, and it was very helpful! Thank you for that!! Also the digital check-in was pretty easy and convenient.

I can't really think about anything that I didn't like, everything was as expected and more!

The apartment was spotless and the bathroom/kitchen area very modern. Easy check in. Good location near Charlottenburg train station. There was a fan in the cupboard we unfortunately only discovered the second night which was very welcome as we were there when it was hot.

The curtains could have been heavier; we were there when it was particularly hot in Berlin and the addition of heavy curtains to block out the sun throughout the apartment would have been good. However that’s a really small point as there were good curtains in the bedroom. Such a minor point and probably not useful most of the year with weather that hot being unusual. Just our personal experience in July.

A great studio room in a very nice location, close to shops, restaurants and cafes. The room is fully equipped with all that you need, including a kitchen. All the kitchen accessories were clean and plentiful. Their own cafe was great. I had breakfast and lunch there, and the service and food were both very good. It's just a pity that the cafe is not open on Sundays. The apartment is also easy to reach by public transport. Charlottenburg train station is just 10 min walk away.

Just a tiny complaint. The pillows were too thick, and kept my neck tilted, which was not comfortable. I had to toss around and adjust until I found a position that allowed me to sleep.

I loved the calm neighbourhood, room was spacious and the facilities were great. Loved the balcony too! Staff/host was friendly despite me almost not sending the deposit due to not seeing my notifications. Also loved the bathroom

Some of the appliances were not very clean when I arrived (not dirty, just old in general and dusty). My shower head also slipped down from its holder, but a handyman came the next day after I told reception and fixed it.

Location was great and there were plenty of towels provided. There was also a generous amount of coffee pods for the machine, very much appreciated.

Check in is after 3pm, customer service closes at 2pm. Not a great set up, although there is an emergency number. The free toiletries were very small cube packets of soap, pretty much unusable. Had to buy a bar of soap for hand washing instead. There was no salt or pepper in the kitchen, which was annoying, who wants to buy a whole salt for the few times you need it, and who is travelling with salt packets? No air conditioning, but a fan was provided, so if it had been hotter, this would have been a problem. Location is extremely noisy with church bells ringing a lot, as well as the hubbub of the city, more noise isolation would have been welcome.
