I liked that the property was very near the U-bahn station. The room was big for me I can tell, and I was surprised I had my own sofa in the room. I had a closet for my clothes and the floor was carpeted, which adds to the comfort. The place was definitely worth the price. Huge plus for the lifts as I had suitcases brought with me.

There was no 24/7 receptionist. Although I haven’t encountered any mishaps whenever receptionist was out of work hours.

The hotel is very silent and the rooms are clean. The rooms are not small. The hotel is very next the underground.

The breakfast room is very small and there is no place if the reception is close to wait for other people or a taxi. The breakfast starting time is not early (7:30). On the first day the temperature of the shower varied from very cold to very high.

Next to the hotel, there’s a metro station, which was very convenient for us. The room was clean and quiet, and suited our needs well. It was a small room but had everything necessary. The neighbors and nearby road didn’t disturb our sleep.

The room was a good temperature and the bed comfortable. The location was good and it was near the S-Bahn and u-Bahn.

There was shampoo but no conditioner.

It is a nice small hotel. An honest family business by whatever I can tell. We have stayed for 2 nights only but it was quiet and pleasant. Subway station and train stop are both in a walking distance. It is just few minutes away from the ZOO by the tube or something around 30 minutes of brisk walking.

Noise from the nearby highway wasn't a problem with the windows closed, but might be in summer

The room was clean and comfortable, everything you need for a comfortable stay, all in place. The location is very convenient, 2 minutes from the station with easy access to anywhere. Nearby there are places to eat and shops with food. The breakfast is delicious and varied.

The staff is very kind and helpful. They got me whatever i needed. In my 12days of stay at the hotel, it felt like i am staying with someone i know.

The breakfast is same everyday and you get bored if you are staying for longer period (like me for 12days). But, the best part is you can ask the staff to cook something else for you. And they will happily do it.

Friendly staff, ready to solve all your needs. Clean and comfortable appartments. Just few minutes from U-bahn. Every part of Berlin can be reached quick and easy. What else do visitors need?

It is what it is…. very well located hotel close to were my family is located. Close to the metro station and plenty of places around to enjoy. Not close to main tourist attractions but close enough via metro so it works. The staff was respectful, and whilst there is a curfew (doors shut around 8:00ish) you always have access to the hotel. Repeating this in the future for sure. Again, good to sleep and a quick breakfast, no luxury no nonsense. But very good value for money. Recommended.

No aircon (they do give you a fan), but I stayed after summertime so not a problem. If you do open the window the road is quite noisy, but I really didn’t need to.
