The breakfast is good. As long as you are staying for a couple of days only. It doesn't change at all. Location is superb, maybe it would be a good idea to actually indicate which metro station is the closest and how to do it from the airport. We used three trains, hour and a half on trains and 10min walk to get there from the airport. On our way back, when we got to know where we are, one changeover and maybe one hour. Simple. S9 from the airport to Warszchauerstrasse, then U3 to Uhlandstrasse. Walk for 3min, one street. It would really help a lot, not only "subway access". Bar is open 24/7, which is great. A word of caution for men: shopping street is way to close :-)

People come with the baggage. A place to stow those? And somewhere to hang the towels. For three persons the room is on a bit on the small side.

Great location. 2 minutes walk from nearest metro and bus stations whereby you can reach airport with 2 vhcls within 50mins. Even you can walk to Pappilon and any other nice spots on foot. In just opposite street, there are several restaurants, bars like a open air passage. Very helpful staff, special thanks to Kristina… you will love the breakfast.

No refrigerator in the room, it was my first, was shocked. Imagine; you are resting in the balcony towards the sunset after a joyful walk through the happy people’s city of Berlin but your beer is hot :(( There was no complimentary water in the room upon arrival.

super modern hotel. the rooms are modernly furnished with kettle and coffee and tea. nice bathroom. the breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. large selection of bread, slices and also hot dishes. the scrambled egg tastes good. you can also make your own waffles. there could be more cheese. but that's complaining on a high level. the hotel also has a bar next to the reception that looks inviting. we had a drink there on the first evening. the location is great, right between kudamm and the zoological garden. 5min. walk to the spielbank and the ulandstrasse subway.

three things i didn't like so much: when checking in, the credit card is absolutely needed for authorization. although it was deposited with booking for the booking, it cannot simply be debited. at other hotels this works without any problems. the hotel is directly on the s-bahn line. you can't sleep at night with the windows open. but when the windows are closed you hear almost nothing. one lady at the reception doesn't seem to speak german. i find that strange. a hotel in berlin and the staff doesn't speak german? what do older people do at check-in who don't speak english?

The location of the hotel was very good, central. Close to public transport, Berlin Zoo and shopping streets. The room was big enough, clean and the windows were facing the courtyard, so you could only hear the train a little. Since the window was closed at night, the train did not disturb sleep. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was very kind and responsive.

Nothing : ))). Since the window was closed, the sounds of the train did not disturb. Maybe on the other side of the hotel, it would be a bit disturbing at night.

Staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great & room was kept spotless. Hotel is in a great position surrounded by lots of bars & faces with the station just a 5 minute walk away. Brilliant for exploring Berlin.

Only complaint I had was how hard the bed was. I asked what could be done & the staff sorted it by adding a mattress topper. Absolutely brilliant service.

We loved our stay in the hotel, the rooms were comfortable and very clean. We got one of the two rooms very early, as we arrived around 10AM and could check in to one of the rooms immediately. This was very much appreciated, as we have traveled since 2AM in the morning and we could rest our legs and use the bathroom in comfort. Personnel was very helpful, the guy that checked us in provided info about the zoo as we wanted to visit it straight away, also gave us maps and other useful info. A separate note should be written down about the breakfast: it was really amazing. The selection of the food is pretty great, there were pancakes, two types of eggs, sausages and even waffles that you could prepare yourself. Pretty good coffee and very good juice, amazing breads. Kids have a separate corner with chocolate and strawberry milks, yogurts, cheeses and spreads. Overall I loved all of our breakfasts we had there. BTW our room was with the windows facing back of the hotel, so it was very quiet, we barely heard any sounds from the nearby train tracks.

The bed could have been a little bit softer, I liked sleeping on the sofa bed better (it was really comfortable). I also think a hotel could have a thermometer, as we had a kid coming with fever one night and we have asked reception for a thermometer, they didn't have it. But they helped us locate the 24/7 pharmacy, so we have been able to buy both thermometer and fever medicine.

The location was very good, close to metro (10 mins walk) and start of Berlin marathon. The breakfast was fantastic hot breakfast and cold breakfast choices with coffee and juice. The room was quiet at night and comforable beds, cleaned daily.

Could do with more storage space for clothes, some drawers. The wardrobe was not big enough for two people in a twin room. Staff were very helpful but some could not understand English. For Hilton you expect the best.

We liked the location and the huge breakfast buffet. The staff were super friendly. A big thank you to the barman who was super, serving up pre drinks before our night out at a 1960s gig. And you can't hear the trains. 😊

No safe, no mini bar and house keeping was a bit dodgy, leaving dirty glasses behind.

My room on floor 7 was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are a credit to the hotel being very welcoming, friendly helpful and efficient. The location is excellent.

The breakfast was a disappointment and not to the same standard, with a definite reduction in options as the previous years that we have stopped at this hotel. One of my previous complaints is the train noise, which is why a high level floor was booked, it does not seem to matter which floor or orientation you request train noise will always be an issue,

Breakfast was ample and the breakfast room was pleasant and very roomy. The room was fine but could have done with a choice of pillow as the pillows were far too soft for the very firm mattress but apart from that the room met our expectations.

Unfortunately there was a bit of a hiccup on arrival with my credit card which had been used to secure the booking. Despite the full balance being taken on our departure the secured amount is still showing as pending on my credit card which means am now £965.00 sterling which is being set against my credit limit until October 20th. I have contacted the hotel about this but they say they have removed it so not an ideal situation.
