Prime Location: Perfectly situated in a central area, close to everything you need. Excellent Transit Access: With the metro, suburban trains, and buses just a stone's throw away, getting around is a breeze. Safe and Secure: The area feels very safe, providing peace of mind. Outstanding Reception Service: The receptionist was exceptionally kind and went out of her way to provide an early check-in, well before my scheduled time. - Wi-Fi almost nonexistent - That morning, while I was still in bed, room service suddenly started opening the door. I remember feeling a rush of fear and panic as I jumped up, completely startled. It was such an uncomfortable experience

Hotel is 5 minutes walk from Tiergarten, 25-30 minutes walk from Bundestag (through Tiergarten). U-bahn\S-bahn and bus stops nearby if needed. Has good connection to Berlin ring road (10 minutes drive) if you need to drive by car, very convenient. Breakfast was good, tasty. Eggs, sausages, variety of cheese and ham. Sometimes pancakes were cooked also. Variety of salads, fruits. Staff were very friendly.

Breakfast price depends on when you order it. Ordering day before will be cheaper, but this was not communicated clearly on the day of arrival, or at least we missed this part being tired from a 10h long drive and willing to get upstairs for the rest.

One of the few hotels where a 5 person family can stay together in one room. The room was spacious and offered two bunk beds + a double bed which was very convenient for our family. Great location, with access to the S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Regional Bahn and bus services which can lead you to any place in Berlin. Many city attractions can be reached also in walking distance from the hotel location for example, the Berlin Zoo, one of the main shopping streets - Kurfürstendamm, etc.. Will definitely consider this hotel next time my family and I will visit Berlin again.

I would recommend a better room lighting.

Roof top and back garden for chilling were fab. You get your drinks from bar or vending and enjoy Soundproof windows. Good air conditioning. Comfy beds. Good shower. Perfect lights in room. Lots of drawers for clothes. Billiards and games in common area with big TV.

Wifi did not reach room on first floor. Although there are very few parking spots on site ( in front and at the back), there is space for downloading and then parking within 20 meters in a super secure parking. Homeless people nearby under bridge but they are harmless and avoidable by going out through the back door and they cannot access private parking as ticket is needed to enter

We checked in without a problem. We had requested two rooms next to each other and that request was granted. The room was small but the beds were comfortable and the shower good. The location was close to the Berlin Zoo. There was a metro station close by and also the start of the hop on hop off bus was round the corner. We used the bar in the evening and the prices were reasonable. All the staff in the hotel were friendly We parked in the parking garage next to the hotel. The price for 3,5 days was reasonable for a large city

We don't eat much for breakfast so didn't try out the breakfast as we thought it was a bit expensive. Despite hanging the towels back on the rail, as the sticker suggested you could do to save on the environment, the towels were renewed every day.

Location was amazing, close to zoo, aquarium and shopping centers. Lastly and most importantly excellent restaurants!!!! every necessaries were adequate quality to stay ( no noisy, ok hygienic , not mad employees, ok shower pressure, not so smelly toilet , life dusty in room, etc. it was our last accommodation among 4 in Germany and definitely the best ) The room was spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids (7,9)

Some staffs seem uncomfortable speaking English but one lady was really nice and easy to talk to. She helped us everything :) Male staffs were not so friendly and rather rude than nice. Toilet was a bit smelly and the room floor was a bit sandy ( it seems they do not wipe the floor often). But fine!! Everything worked for us!!

The hotel is conveniently located near a train/subway station and it has an enjoyably unpretentious vibe. Lots of kids, which is a plus, soccert field and great board games. I loved that we could buy our own food and still use the tables.

The area outside the hotel is very dirty and there are a lot of sketchy people, but I guess it's the inevitabile flipside of being close to a train station in a city. The room floor was ok, but it could have been cleaner and I feel like they never cleaned it during the whole week we were there.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, primarily due to its superb location. It's super close to a tram station and situated in one of Berlin's most comfortable districts. If you prefer a low-key vibe and dislike chaotic places, this is the perfect spot. There are plenty of bars nearby, and a 15-minute walk takes you to the shopping center of West Berlin. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile, which made us feel very welcome. The room wasn't large, but it was impeccably clean, smelled fresh, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The heated floor in the bathroom was a delightful touch. The rooftop terrace is very nice, spacious, and offers a decent view. Considering the price, the value for money exceeded our expectations. We were initially uncertain due to our budget constraints, but everything turned out great. Highly recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

There is no Mirror in the elevator, but its okay :D

The room was bigger than we expected, and the Aircon was amazing in a heatwave. Shutters on the windows were great at making the room dark. Room was clean, and bathroom was great also. Plenty of places to store cases and belongings. Beds were comfy. Great to have a lift in the building after a long day of walking. Easy to get to everywhere in Berlin.

Would have been great to have a kettle. The WiFi was terrible in our room, we ended up just using our data. The area around the hotel was fine, but leaving the closest S bahn station felt a little dodgy late at night.

It was the perfect hotel and the room was really big and awesome. It had easy access to the buses, shopping malls, trains, etc. All in walking distance with a supermarket right in the corner of the street. I will surely stay here again in the same room. Breakfast is really nice and plus they have a Starbucks in the lobby to have a quick on the go coffee. They also have a Bar and vending machines for buying soft drinks, water, wafers, chocolates, etc. I will surely book again for next year when I shall be there only my annual business visit. The rooms can accommodate from 4 to 6 persons as it is really big.

There was nothing I experienced about not liking the property or the staff. They were just great.
