- Very bad WiFi, it either didn't work or was constantly shutting down - Once had an unpleasant incident when I returned home in the evening because the front door of the hotel was closed. I didn't know how to get into the hotel and stood outside freezing, worried and not knowing what to do. No one warned me about an alternative way to get into the hotel, so it was a very stressful situation

Good location, about a 20-minutes walk to the DRK-Klinikum, if you have business there ;), and right in front of the Kaiserdamm metro station. There are plenty of local restaurants nearby. I, personally, appreciated the hotel's antique design. The breakfast was good, and the staff were quite friendly. Overall, I had a comfortable stay.

The furnishings might not appeal to everyone. Personally, I find them nostalgic, but everyone has their own preferences. That said, it would be beneficial to install a ventilation system, as relying solely on windows feels somewhat outdated.

The reseption and kitchen staffs very friendly, thank you about for ur hospitality. The retro elevator just amazing, we just took lots of selfie there and also the entrance about rooms look like harry potter gryfindor entrance. I like also breakfasts, very cozy environment and nearest metro. I definitely recommended this hotel for sure.

Nothing, nothing, nothing…..

We came 2 hrs earlier than the check-in time, but I did message the property asking if we could store our bags, and they told me our room was ready! The check-in was seamless and the front lady was really nice. The hotel is beautiful. It's an old building with a fascinating elevator! The bed was comfy and the room was clean. It's located just a short walk from Ubahn station, so it's very well connected.

The hotel was lovely. The elevator was 100 years old (like it actually is) so it was fun to use a different type of technology (it is safe of course). The rooms are grouped and have their own private sitting room. I felt like royalty when I saw the nice sitting room. The room itself is really nice and clean. There is a bath and they even remember to give you a bottle of bubble bath in case you want to indulge. The minibar is nicely stocked. The view is lovely. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful. The breakfast was absolutely worth the price. The location was great too, it was right by the metro and the reception was friendly enough to give me directions and even a map. There is also a place to store your luggage if you check out but want to visit the town a little longer. 100% recommend it.

The wifi is kinda crappy. It would disconnect randomly. Even when connected it is not the best so yeah. Maybe don't go there if you absolutely need great wifi. But I was there as a tourist so the wifi didn't really bother me that much since it does work after all.

The room was very spacious with a great view, high and beautiful ceiling, extremely comfortable bed, nice bathroom and rain shower. Even a couch, two chairs and a coffee table that I could do some work on, and plenty of furniture to put things on or inside of. Beautifully decorated room in-between the public area, and the entry to the floor’s hotel rooms. There’s also a very cute and satisfying elevator you can use to get to your floor! Finally, the staff was amazing and friendly as well!

There are only 2 very minor nit-picky things (none of which are a dealbreaker!): the placement of the toilet paper holder relative to the toilet isn’t very well thought out. And the shower could be a little bit bigger; or at least if the handle on the wall was removed it would be spacious enough, but I guess it’s necessary for guests who have trouble standing.

Really nice place. We had 3 bed room and it was supercool! Balcony, aircon and the room was HUGE! One of the best breakfast I have eaten. Staff was always there. Very good bang for the buck! Even parking was free in the street.

I liked everything. The floors were squaky wood in the lobby, but I even liked that. (My daughter did not :) )

We stayed at the hotel with two small children and had an amazing time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location - we arrived by car but used public transportation during the stay. Easy to park and really close to the underground. The breakfast was good and included a good verity of foods. We can highly recommend the hotel and should we return to Berlin, we would certainly stay at this hotel again. I read some reviews saying the bathrooms are too small. Do not know what they expect. Found it to be quite regular. Fits everything you need.

From time to time someone in the staff smoked close to the room where breakfast was served, which was quite unpleasant because of the smell. The baby chair could have been cleaner, stains on the cushion. Other than that everything was really great.

Very spacious room. Comfortable and well-equipped. Very clean. Beautiful, characterful building with lovely old elevator. Very friendly staff who very kindly allowed us to have a late check-out because we had a late flight home. Great location, practically next door to a Ubahn station that takes you directly into the centre of Berlin.

Nothing.

We liked how big the room was. Plus how close it was to a metro station that led to every point of interest. It's surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. The staff are incredibly helpful in every regard.

A few of my friends said that the bed wasn't soft enough or that the pillows were stiff. That was the only complaint.
