A neat 3-star hotel close to Spandau centre. Clean and functional with a mix of old and new furniture. The shower has one of the best water pressures I have ever come across. The staff lent us an umbrella since it was raining and we did not have one.

The room lacks storage except for the very old wardrobe. Except for shower gel, shampoo and hand washing liquid, the offering in the room is sparse. No kettle, water bottles at a cost of EUR2.50 each.

Stuff at the hotel was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was simple but complete, there were even vitamins on offer. The food was fresh and varied.

The hotel is a long way from the center. The metro is nearby, but the area is very dark at night. The hotel reception is open until 9pm. There is no view from the rooms and the room is quite small.

Location,friendliness of the staff,clean room

The aircon had a grinding sound which was very annoying that it woke us up many times during the first night and the second night,I had to turn it off because of the same sound. (We weren't able to let them know because we were very busy and was just at the hotel to sleep. I'm sure they would have done something about it 😊)

The hotel was strategically placed (5-10 min walk) for access to both the main train station (international trains, S-Bahn and RE) as well as the U-Bahn station. Easy access to the local Christmas market and food options. Great shower!

Lack of a kettle in the room

The hotel is located in a top spot in the historic centre of Spandau. A means of private transport from the Berlin airport was part of the booking. The breakfast was comprehensive and of high quality.

The room was a little small and just under the roof. I hit the ceiling a few times.

The appartment was just what we wanted and was lovely and clean - would recommend to others staying in Spandau (whether to sightseeing, or music events at the Zitadelle). Check in time was meant to be 3pm, but we were fortunate and were able to check in before this time. Lucky for us, as we were due to attend a music event from 3pm, so having our room key and being able to put our bags in the room was really helpful!

recently renovated, new carpets freshly painted walls

had to wait quite some time for someone to come to the reception. even after ringing the bell for some time. one of the bottles of water provided in the room for 2.50€ was broken and didn’t realize this until after it was opened. couldn’t drink it because there could have been glass shards in the bottle. but we paid anyways since we opened it.

The hotel is close the S-Bahn station and in the middle of Spandau, so you easily walk around by foot or travel. The hotel consists of several interconnected old houses (more then 100 years old) and has a mix of modern and classic furniture, quite nice to see and confortable. The breakfast supplies a variety of food and is served a in light room, which reminds of a café.

The hotel is at a top location. It now has a lift it did not have a few years before. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is good and extensive.

I had a very small room (306?) with no desk to do work on.

The room was great in a great location. Very clean. Would recommend and we will stay here again. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Would be a bonus to have a small fridge available.
