Great budget hotel, comfortable room and very good breakfast selection. Room big, warm and airy. Staff very helpful. Excellent location and easy to access central Berlin as tram stomach nearby. Loads of shops and restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay again!

The room did not get serviced over the 3 nights we were there, but the bins did get emptied.Main lift was not working, but the service lift was fine to use and did the job. The hotel is absolutely fine, my biggest complaint is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. However, we mostly slept well. It was warm, clean, comfortable, staff excellent, good breakfasts, and great value for money.

Very good location, easy connections around the clock with a tram stop almost across the street. Also close to a big grocery store, multiple restaurants and kiosks. Breakfast was included in the price and it was surprisingly good, got our stomachs full every morning. Didn’t hear any noices from the other rooms. Rooms were cleanes every day if you wanted to.

The rooms had no air conditioning, so for the last few days we woke up sweating and had to open all the windows which barely helped. No noise protection from the hallway, could hear everything. The building was old so the air was a bit dry (had us sneezing and coughing all week).

The hotel was very basic but good. Nowadays it's rare to have an included breakfast and I think it was default since no one asked us anything when we came down to eat. The things there were I think what Germans eat for breakfast, which is why the place was full of German people and no tourists whatsoever. The room was big considering we were six people and it was refreshing seeing six single beds instead of bunk beds. The bathroom was very simple and also big because it was also for disabled people, even in the shower.

The only bad thing was that a couple of us had to leave early one day at 7 am and breakfast was served from 7 am so we asked them if they could prepare something for us instead and they said no.

I wholeheartedly believe the value for the money was excellent. The beds were a comfortable haven to return to after a long day and night, the room was mostly clean, save for the shower curtain and the smell of stale cigarette smoke. But for me personally, the breakfast made it all super worth it. It was SO good and so nice to have after a long night with a long day of driving ahead. I also really enjoyed the "vibe" as it definitely seemed like a hotel that accommodates young travelers and the atmosphere/decor was cool.

Shower curtain was a bit dingy and the shower did not drain well. The room had a slightly unpleasant smell upon arrival. Very happy a fan was included in the room, but it was so dusty we almost didn't turn it on.

I was positively surprised by this place, well located, well divided, with the hype-vibe that we all know from Berlin and a very nice and full breakfast. The staff was also very nice.

The bathroom was SO cold. There's no heating in there and it was -4º in Berlin. It was scary to step in there , let alone shower. The noise... i don't know if it's always like this, but there was a huge group of students that would be noisy at very odd hours in the night. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was veeeery nice, but it lacked vegan options, i don't think i saw anything other than bread, marmalade and some cereal. Good for short stays, i can't imagine how comfortable it'd be for longer ones.

The location is great. 4 minutes by tram from Alexanderplatz, and in an area with many small restaurants and shops, so dining out is easy and fun. Room and bathroom were very good. 3 person room was very spacious. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide selection of German buns and bread, and a very good selection of things to put on it. There was muesli and some other extras. Drinks were good.

For the price, this was much better than expected. Location, room and breakfast were all excellent. If I can think of anything to improve, it would be to offer some premium foods at breakfast for an additional price, like fresh boiled eggs, freshly pressed orange juice, some additional greens, biological tea. But this would indeed just be something extra. Everything was great as is.

The hostel was clean in common areas and rooms, beds were comfortable, Tv, table, and chairs were in the room. It has a fan and a heater. plus natural light. WC and shower ensuite clean. Towels included. Buffet breakfast with different cakes daily opens until late. The location is perfect near supermarkets, restaurants, grocery stores, and next to the tram. This is not a party hostel.

The hostel is located in the last 3 floors of the building and there is 1 only elevator which might take a bit long if you have to wait for it.

Good hotel for the price. If you are lucky not to stay close to a school group (we were lucky), then all is good. Staff is friendly, breakfast is available for long hours. Rooms are okay for the price. Wifi in our room was very slow but there is good 5G coverage. Only issue we had was that we had a roof room with lights from a roof window early in the morning that we could not cover up.

Improved wifi would be nice.

Good location for the areas I wanted to visit. Nice and quiet around the hotel - I slept well. Convenient public transport and lots of neighbourhood restaurants and cafes in walking distance. I thought there was a nice relaxed atmosphere here and the breakfast buffet was good. It's definitely a hotel at the simple end of the scale but it was just what I wanted for this trip.

My only small problem was that the shower in the room was slow draining. Was perfectly usable though.

The entire place was unexpected initially - helps if you read both reviews and information, but I was basically looking at the price. I was not expecting that there would be a large number of teenage school parties, but everyone was in bed and silent before 11pm, so that was not an issue for me. The breakfast was great - a wide choice and plenty of it. The rooms were just right - clean and comfortable beds, bathroom with shower, goodly amount of storage space and a little table - but if you're expecting a minibar in there, forget it. The bar is in the breakfast room. This would be an ideal place for a couple with kids, as the rooms I saw had 4/ 4+ beds in them.

Initially, I was anxious about the large numbers of teenagers around the place, in case my sleep was interrupted, but that was not an issue at all. After that, it was plain sailing all the way. I will definitely go there again. It suited my minimalist approach to travel, perfectly.
