Myself and my husband stayed here for 3 nights and loved every minute of it. In our room were some treats for my husbands birthday left by the lovely Mustafa. We upgraded our room and it was lovely (I was hoping for a free upgrade :). The bathroom was lovely, bedroom lovely and beds very comfortable. The location is top class. The bar is very cool and has a great vibe. We had many enjoyable times sitting outside at our M&C comfy seats. The breakfast was OUTSTANDING. I have never had a better breakfast. The hotel lobby was so lovely to sit and chill in.

Nothing - maybe a free upgrade as it was a very special occasion but we did receive some nice goodies instead.

I loved the facilities that were present. Everything we used was tidy and efficient. Beds were comfortable and pillows were amazing ( some pillows are either two hard or too plump however these were bang on. I loved the honey at the breakfast buffet as it was fresh and very tasty .Great accommodation

My two complaints were the fact that there was no pool and no sausages in the breakfast buffet however these are only minor complaints and I can recover from these. Other than that there are no other complaints. Also the elevator felt a little dodgy but I survived so it is ok

The restaurant breakfast was extensive, and the chef would make anything that was not available at the buffet (omelets, eggs benedict, etc.). This area turned into a steak house in the evening. This is a venue that shouldn't be missed. The dry aged rib-eye was one of the best steaks I have ever had. The room had everything that was necessary. It was a little tight on storage but manageable. The internet was very robust. The location is around the corner from Museum Island and Humbolt University which were main attractions. The front desk, especially the concierge, was exceptional. Their local knowledge was extensive.

This is an across Europe thing. I hate duvets as they are always too short and easily pushed out of position during the night

Great location, close to all the main attractions in Berlin (15-20 mins walking distance). There is a direct train from the airport (journey time 30 mins approx) and the hotel is a 10 min walking distance from the station. The room was of a good size, clean and the bed was comfortable. I felt well rested during my time in Berlin which is important if you have been sightseeing all day. The bathroom were well equipped and all the staff was really helpful. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Breakfast was exceptional; huge variety of food, the staff were very attentive and always remembered and asked us if we wanted our usual hot drink. Spa was excellent: the best massage I've ever had(and I have a lot)! Room was very spacious and very clean on the first day. Location was very good in terms of sightseeing: stations close by which made it easy to get to different historical places.

Dinner choices were limited to mostly steak and pricey. There are plenty of upmarket restaurant with better food choices. At the beginning, the room was not clean thoroughly: dirty cups, empty boxes, bottles left. In the end I complained and the hotel apologised and sent someone else to clean our room, which from then, was spotless.

Everything!!! Location was central, breakfast was amazing, rooms were clean and gery comfortable, and above everything, the staff were fabulous… so helpful, so kind, so accommodating! Without doubt the best city hotel I have ever stayed in, and we have travelled globally to only 4/5 star hotels. Katheryna on reception do helpful and lovely, Paula Klauwitter helped to get a late check out, so friendly and helpful!! The concierge Stephen Stockle took the time and effort to draw on the map for us route to certain sites. He was amazing and reassuring!! And Mirrielle at the spa was our friend for the 3 days, always welcoming, informative and sooo friendly on each of our 3 visits to the spa. What a magnificent hotel, with magnificent staff!!!

Every single thing!!!

Its location is amazing and within walking distance to so much. There’s an U-Bahn station (U2) a few hundred metres away and it’s a major line. The staff are incredibly accommodating. Of particular note were Valentino and Tina in the bar and Sayed in the restaurant. All amazing people to have met and went above and beyond to make my stay so amazing. The food in the restaurant was delightful.

It lacks some personality. I think the hotel rides on the coattails of the grandeur of the place. A piano bar would have been amazing - just have a person sat at a piano at different times to draw a crowd.

We were extremely impressed with this hotel. It was located in a part of Berlin which was close to most main tourist attractions- we rented e scooters for the day which made it so easy to see everything close and things further away (also very cheap) The hotel was extremely accomodating- we arrived early morning and they were able to get a room ready for us within half an hour of arriving The room was super clean, large and had a very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom Wi fi was fantastic We had coffee and cocktails down at the restaurant below it (part of the titanic complex) and it was all fantastic- staff were very friendly and accomodating

Everything about it exceeded our expectations

This hotel is amazing, spotlessly clean with an extreme attention to detail, making you feel special and welcome. Every staff member was friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was large with a very comfortable bed, and fantastic shower room. The buffet breakfast was exceptional and extensive, a beautiful start to any day. The hotel is centrally located, a short walk to all transport hubs/attractions, ideal for those looking for a city break. A huge thank you to the staff for making our stay perfect from start to finish.

Staff really friendly, especially the young guy in the bar. Always trying to up sell. Fantastic location, only 30 mins in a taxi from the airport, charged at 66 euros.

Coffee machine didn’t work in the room. TV really basic, only one English channel and that’s BBC news on repeat. A put up bed was in the room when we arrived, despite only being 2 of us. Was soon removed though. Christmas tree taken down on the 27th, which we thought was a bit early. Pillows too soft. Towels really small.
