Every day the room.service was entering in a room while sleeping. There was no sighn of DONT DISTURB. Please eliminate these problem

It was very good the hotel was centrally located and had specific features like the aquarium. I enjoyed having breakfast and drinking my filter coffee just near the river and across the Berlin Cathedral. You can visit many historical places and museums just by walking. Furthermore, the hotel staff was very kind as offeribg a free stroller for our baby.

Wifi connection in my room was not good.

Location: Great hotel, located not far from Alexanderplatz and a few minutes walk to Brandenburg gate. If you don't want to walk, you can also take a tram (U-Bahn), and the station is very close to the hotel. Taxi is easily found in front of the hotel. Ambience: The hotel has a huge fish aquarium, which gives a relax ambiance. Unfortunately, that aquarium recently burst open. Food: The hotel restaurant offers view of the Berliner Dom and the breakfast was nice with wide range of selection, from bread, sausages, cold meats, to fruits. If you don't fancy the buffet breakfast, they also have set menu. I had avocado on toast, which unfortunately wasn't the best. They have a lot of drink options as well at bar, and the price is relatively cheap. Room service: Room service offered by a robot called Jeeves. Service cost 6 Euro, but the options are very limited. I figured it was cheaper to order online (with wide range of options) rather than doing room service. Staff: Staff at the concierge and the Cafe are super friendly and warm. Even the cleaner (who speak no English) are very warm. Unfotunately, staffs in other areas (restaurants and receptions) weren't that friendly. Internet: I had to work for a few hours and internet connection was good. Overall good value for the money.

The hotel itself was totally amazing and beyond our expectations! We were very impressed with aquarium view from our room and were very surprised how quiet our room was, even though the hotel was located at the very central area. The room was extremely clean and the bed was super comfortable. We liked the black-bellboy a lot since he was so hard-working, elegant, nice and helpful person. He always welcomed us with a huge smiling face and that was so heart-warming. The cocktails we drank at the bar was just soooooo delicious. We will definitely will visit your hotel again!

We have witnessed one of the reception staff was shouting out to bellboy in the cloak room, while we were waiting for our luggage and it was very disturbing for us to see that. If your staff work in a luxury hotel like yours, they should definitely be well-trained regarding how they should act and being respectful to their other colleagues. This was just not acceptable and did not fit the concept of such a nice hotel.

It is one of the best located hotels with three very closely metro stations (Alexanderplatz, Museumisland, Hachescher Markt - exit through Marie kierche not to the markt!!!). Tram station is just opposite tot he hotel and with a 9-euro ticket (special for tourists from June, July and August - it can be bought from metro machines for tickets) you can travel whole Berlin and regional trains from whole Germany.

There are two minus points: 1 - poor cleannes of the room - for 7 days the room was cleaned only if you asked - between 8 AM and 4 PM no one clean thew rooms (a huge negativ epoint for Radisson); 2. Be attentive at the room choice. We get a room with balcony and street view which was excellent but there are many rooms with view through the garden which is accessly the bar.....if you do not mind to have inside view is ok. The breakfast is diverse but if you ask for extra-buffet service (e.g. fried egg) you should wait for a while

We had a room facing the inner hall, and it was great seeing the aquarium from our bed. The spa area is really nice, and it wasn't crowded at all when we visited. We stayed for one night only, and it was just right :)

The music from the bar felt so loud from our room. When I went downstairs to ask them to lower the volume, I was surprised to see that it wasn't loud at all, but since the inner hall is cylindrical, the sound bounced off in a weird way, making it more annoying that it should have been. The reception staff took notes and they lowered the volume a little bit more, so in the end it was all good.

Location excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. Room spacious and comfortable with a direct view of the Dom. Atrium provided a most agreeable environment to relax with a drink, or to work at the work stations. Spa, gym and pool well-equipped and readily accessible. Breakfast delicious.

There was a long wait for check-in and check-out as there were too few staff on reception either to serve guests directly or to help with the online check-in/out. This is no reflection on the reception staff who were welcoming and helpful and spent the right amount of time with guests. However, more staff are needed as a 20 minute wait to check-in/out is not acceptable in a hotel of this standard.

The room was amazing with a view to the biggest Aquarium in the world.....the beds were super comfy with a choice of several pillows....the bathroom had a big bathtub were even a toll person can stretch....the breakfast had a huge variety of items to choose from....staff was amazing as well!!

A couple of things: 1) When we had dinner the menu was very limited to a few items only...I was missing a steak on it or local dishes. Also the menu for the room service very limited (between 10pm and 6:00 am you can only order pizza or one type of soup...for a 5 Star hotel not good enough 2) I had borrowed a charger for my mobile phone thats why I couldnt check out at the self check out desk. There were quite a number of guests waiting and only one counter open. Again not good enough for a 5 Star hotel. But these are minor things my overall stay was fantastic!!

A very nice hotel in a great location surrounded by shopping areas, bars and restaurants and all the sites we wished to see. A very warm welcome and stunning room. Bathroom was spacious and both bathroom and room cleaned daily. Only disappointment for us was the pool facilities were closed for a few days for maintenance, but this didn’t ruin our experience in the hotel.

Unfortunately we didn’t have access to the pool facilities due to maintenance being carried out but h sets tabs sometimes these things happen.

The hotel was beautiful, staff were wonderful and welcoming. Location was amazing. After the aquarium exploded staff's response was incredible and followed up with emails of support.

Unfortunately the hotel's aquarium exploded during our stay. I hope the hotel is able to rebuild and really felt sorry for the staff a week before Christmas.
