Very cozy appartement with a functional tea-kitchen and outdoor terrace. Clean and large rooms. The location was a big plus for us with Buxtehude altstadt within 7 minutes driving distance and Stade, Altes Land and Hamburg closeby. The hotel has a large field located opposite the road, where our kids had fun. Very friendly staff and great breakfast. We had 5 nights at Hanse Hotel Buxtehude and would not hesitate to come back another time.

Only (small) minus for us was that the rooms gets rather hot in the summer and you can't really open the windows in the night due to noise from the road. This may not be an issue in the other hotel buildings located further from the road.

The hotel is safe, serene and comfortable, with a good shower and a comfortable bed. The room was quiet, and we loved having the little patio where we could be outside. The man at the front desk was friendly and engaging, and the fact that he speaks English well made our lives much easier. I loved the clean, simple style of the furniture and decor.

The only thing we didn't like is not the hotel's fault but our mistake. We were on foot, arriving via taxi from the train station at about dinner time, and there were only two reasonable options for dinner. The restaurant next door was booked, and the sandwich shop a little further down was staffed by a woman who did not speak English and was not interested in working to communicate with us to order food. Fortunately we had cheese, crackers, and chocolate from the town we had just left and the building where our room was had drinks and snacks available for purchase in the entry. If we have a car the next time we're in Buxtehude we will stay at Hanse Hotel again.

The location is very good, the room is very good and the facilities as well.

The internet provided is so uninstable, I use to have online classes mondays and wednesdays, at least half os the classes I have lost because of the internet.

The personnel was extremely helpful. Breakfast was really good and breakfast time table was suitable for many kind of customers. When ever I need to travel to this direction, I will select Hansa Hotel Buxtehude

Public transportation was challenging, but this has nothing to do with the hotel.

Hotel was like a farm in a village, very pleasant and fresh feeling compared to other city center hotels. The room was new, the view was great, the owners are very friendly and accommodating, plenty of parking and easy to drive to.

Quite far away from Hamburg center, took us 40min to 60min to reach from / to city center.

The hotel is quite far from the centre of Buxtehude, but the long way was worth it. The furniture is top-quality, just as everything really. My apartment also had a kitchen with everything that you need for cooking. Even had coffee) Also, the staff agreed to send me a t-shirt that I forgot in the room. If I will be visiting Hamburg in a company, we'll definitely stay there!

Room had a good size and window was facing a field. So the room had a nice view and at night it was calm, despite the main street being close to the hotel. Everything was very clean. Bed was comfortable and the boiler with some coffee and tea was a plus. :)

Very very clean. Nice little terrace to sit outside. Good breakfast. No restaurant, but good one at 50 meters nearby. Recommended for a overnight stay while travelling through, nearby motorway. We visited with dog, no problem. Load facility for electric car, though not very fast.

Not so very nice surroundings, very busy motorway nearby. But that didn't disturb sleeping.

Really clean and spacious rooms. Straff is very helpfull and quick to reply.

Close to a bissy road. Windows must be closed at nigh due to noise. Straff provided fans for the heat 👍🏻

The apartment was much bigger than expected. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable. Couch had a recliner on each side which reclined with a button, nice touch. Big shower. Clean.

There is not much around the hotel for sightseeing without a car, and it is situated right on a fairly busy road.
