The flat was big and very well equipped with full kitchen, extra towels, coffee&tea machines etc. Spotless cleaning was a definitely plus. Relatively silent street. 10 mins walking distance to the old city/touristic attractions and 3 mins to International Congress Center (ICD). Easy check-in/check-out even during out of reception hours. The stuff is extremely helpful. Thank you for the ironing table and pin for my dress. Overall experience was great and comfortable for 1 week conference. I would highly recommend it not only for business trips, but also touristic stays.

There is a table ventilator. During hot weather conditions, AC would be helpful. Wi-Fi did not work at the late evening, midnight.

This is an extremely spacious and well laid out apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a generous bathroom. It is a short walk to the main tourist area of Dresden and close to public transport.

We asked for a quiet room. However, we were placed at the back of the building facing a courtyard with a dance studio on the other side, which played loud music every evening. As we were there during a 30 degree plus heatwave and the building had no air conditioning it was necessary to leave the windows open. In cooler weather this would not be a problem as the double glazed windows were very effective.

Absolute perfection!! Starting at the reception Paul was very welcomed and kept my bag before check in as well as got me all check in so I could explore the city and don’t worry about the time the close the reception. Location is within few minutes of Dresden Mitte as well to old town with many shops, attractions and restaurants. The apartment had everything you could use for cooking and relax! Very comfortable, clean and crispy linens also extra pillows. Very clean! It has being the best accommodation I have stayed in Germany!

Just a note: during receptions hours front door is not locked is just a very heavy door make sure to give a good pull!

Liked the location near Dresden mitte, could walked to the Christmas markets and concerts, a number of grocery stores were located within walking distance perhaps 7-10 min away, a chocolate Santa Claus was delivered with my towels on Christmas Eve, staff were pretty friendly and cheerful, liked having a stove, fridge and oven, I was brought a small baking sheet and parchment paper to roast vegetables on when I asked if they had a roasting pan as none was in the apt, I had a room facing a courtyard which was quiet, apt size was good, I could control the heat and the radiators came in handy to dry out rain soaked clothing. Dish soap, hand soap in the bathroom were provided, a few freeze dry coffee packets and salt, pepper and sugar were in the cabinets ( I had my own shampoo)

My entry was around the corner from reception and entry not as cheerful as you are using the same doors cars use, although there is an elevator it lands a half flight from the apartments so you still needed to drag your suitcase up or down some stairs, small fridges are always hard to control temp with so froze some vegetables in the fridge until I found the right setting., while the apt was not decorated as nice as the photos mine only had a couch and I really wanted a lounge chair besides the kitchen chairs to sit in, a microwave would be nice, only English TV Channel I found was CNN

My apartment was spacious, well maintained and had the right amount of furniture. The kitchen was well equipped. A room fan was also provided , which was necessary due to the hot weather. My Overall stay was very comfortable and my wife said she could live here for a couple weeks. Paul Kirsch at reception was very friendly and welcoming. Soap was missing in the bathroom shower and when I contacted Paul he promptly went out and got us a bottle of body wash.

Everything was good , had no issues.

Very nice and clean place. Felt at home and was happy to extend my stay in Dresden for another day. Nice design, kitchen, bathroom, walking distance to all attractions and the train station; this hotel managed to both relax and work online! I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

The problem only concerns the rooms under the roof: there is no lift to the top floor, and with a heavy suitcase it was not easy to climb even one floor up the spiral staircase.

Very clean and well equipped apartment with a seperate bedroom, bathroom, and a living room with a pullout couch-bed, kitchen, and dining table. The beds (seperate bedroom and couch-bed) were both comfortable and provided plenty of space for two couples. The kitchen featured an oven, toaster, stove top, water boiler, and coffee maker. The kitchen also had all the essential utensils and cooking tools (pans, pots). The staff were very responsive. We were heavily delayed by traffic but they provided clear check-in instructions, since we arrived outside their reception hours. There are various (paid) parking options, including two very close covered parking garages (1 for 6eur per day and 1 for 18eur per day) and also street parking (6 per day). The apartment itself is also very secure, featuring four different doors that you need to scan through (main entrance to building, entrance to stairs, entrance to hallway with apartments, and entrance to the apartment itself). The apartment is conveniently located close to the river and has an elevator. Depending on which floor your apartment is on, you will still need to take stairs (either up or down) since the elevator opens up onto the stairwell.

The apartment faces a street where the tram/S-bahn run. Since there is no AC and we visited in the Summer, it was necessary that we leave the windows open, which resulted in a lot of noise from the passing cars and especially tram and S-bahn. It runs late into the night and early in the morning, so it did keep our family up at various hours.

The location is very convenient for the conference centre, and maybe 15 minutes walk away from restaurants etc in the old town, with breakfast available at two bakeries within 2 minutes walk. The room was clean, bed and chairs comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped for a short stay. Although the reception was not manned when we arrived the arrangements for collecting the keys were clear and everything worked correctly. Security of access from the street and into the room was very good.

Traffic noise from the trams was intrusive and although the windows kept most of that out when closed, the weather was very warm for my stay so I had to choose between noise and heat. Heat won! I was very surprised to find there was no shower gel in the bathroom, nor hand soap in the kitchen but as this was an easy fix from a local supermarket I didn't check whether it was standard or an omission.

Very centrally located, a ten minute walk to the main tourist square. The room is laaaaarge - a very pleasant surprise and the fact that there was a living room, fully equipped, with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a large toilet made it even better. Check in was after 5 pm and contactless but with very specific instructions and easily manageable.

Shower gel and shampoo was missing - for an apartment hotel that encourages longer stays, this should be a given.

Spacious apartment, large windows, perfect kitchen and very clean. We also had the pleasant surprise that the apartment was in the building on Ostra-Allee which has a beautiful view of the historic center and no building opposite. Given the size of the rooms, it is truly ideal for hosting a family with children. The location is very central which makes it easy to reach all the attractions of the city. Nearby there are shops for shopping and below on the Ostra-Allee, equipped with the German environmental green sticker for car emissions, you can easily park by paying the day ticket of about 6 euros!
