We had an overnight there on a long drive from Northern Germany, it was a poke on the sat nav that led us there. The Rad Blue all over the world are very much comfortable business stay hotels a little bit more polished than others and is reflected in the price, but still worth it. Parking wasn't the easiest but doable, pricey but for being a very short walk to old town not bad. There are ways to get cheaper parking but it was cold and a short stay. Late checkout, inc parking was very welcome as we had time to explore Erfurt, lovely place really well worth a 3 day stay and explore. Medievel and lots of arts n crafts in small shops.

When checking in I wanted to pay immediately but as it was a business trip I needed also the invoice. The receptionist said if you want to pay now you have to wait because it takes time and I need to check in the clients behind you. Behind me was 2 men and there were two receptionists at this time. The situatsion and this 1 sentence made me think why should I wait because the recetionists chose people behind me not wait? At the end of day it took like 3 minutes and was no problem but customer sight of view was very rude and unpleasant.

Fantastic location within easy walking distance to everything. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Coffee/tea and snacks were available in the lobby all day long. We had a room on the 11th floor with an amazing view of the city. I’d definitely stay there again and probably will the next time I get to Erfurt.

It would have been nice if the gym had been included without an extra fee. My daughter just wanted to use it on our last night only to discover her room key would not grant her admittance. Not worth the extra fee for one person for a single use.

Location and reception staff were friendly.

Room was a little small and for that price we were expecting basic amenities like bedroom slippers. Breakfast was all right except for one rude staff. She cleared our table while we went to get more food from the buffet line. When we came back to the table, I said "excuse me" politely, she rudely mentioned something along the lines of "but there's no one here" and didn't replace the cutleries she removed and walked away.

Everything met my expectations if not exceeded.

If you can vacuum clean the rooms more often that would be great, i believe the dust is mostly caused by the pollens. Overall cleaning is good just this parts affected me a bit as i have allergies. Thank you.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was well-prepared with plenty of choices available.

The rooms were not maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, and when we requested housekeeping to clean our room while we were out, they only made the bed and wiped down the sinks in the bathroom. Moreover, the cost of our stay was disproportionately expensive compared to the quality of services provided.

The „open“ designed Bathroom (but this is a matter of taste ) - The Bath did not have its own separate room with a door you could close - only a little one for the toilet (but a glass door) For my taste not enough privacy but when you travel alone it doesn’t matter

The Hotel was nice with modern design. The room was big and it was enough for three persons. The building of the Hotel is very tall (10+ levels), so we could see the whole city from the windows of our room. The Hotel has own parking lot for some cars. The Hotel is close to the shopping centre and the downtown, where were many restaurants.

The air conditioner of the room was not enough effective, therefore we needed to open the windows of the room (on the 10+ levels). The bed was very hard and the pillow was very small. The bathroom had glass walls, so it could see everything from the outside (toilette too). It is difficult to stop by car in front of the hotel to get out. The hotel parking lot was very expensive and it was not closed and safe, because it was only closed by a barrier. Street parking is also very expensive in the area.

The location is great, only a short walk into the downtown area of Erfurt. The parking was also very good, with a large area for parking with two spots for electric car charging. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

There was not of space for our luggage, but we only stayed one night, so we could live with it. We also didn't like the pillows, they would collapse like pancakes, and didn't offer much support.

Very good hotel with super friendly staff - the room was spacious and the view fantastic. From the upper floors, the quaint old town was an amazing sight. The breakfast was delicious and multifarious. The room was sparkling clean and with a comfortable bed. The hotel is 2min walk away from the old part of town.
