Provided 2 pillows and the beds were soft. 5 minute taxi ride from train station. Friendly staff and breakfast was included: it was a good variety though I wishes they had scrambled eggs, only hard boiled.

The window was left open in our room so it was 15°C. We tried turning it up but nothing was working, and were told its an old system and to wait. By the time we returned in the evening it was still 15, so they offered a new room to us. The new room was at least warmer, but still not temperature control.

The location and staff were top! Real easy to get to the city and the team were more than helpful. Clean facilities and modern rooms

Two things that bothered me 1. The couch was a little too low in comparison to the work table making it I comfortable to do work on m laptop. There was no chair or desk. 2. Bathroom stone tile floor not heated. Was a chilling experience the first night when I went to the bathroom in bare feet. But I guess the easy fix for that is to wear socks to bed.

Hotels in this category often become generic in terms of overall experience, therefore the staff becomes the most important differentiator, and in this case the staff was outstanding: welcoming, always ready to help, simply warm in the way the guests are treated. It was a pleasure to interact with all the members of the hotel's team.

Adjusted for 4 persons (with an extended sofa), the room can be cramped for some. We managed without major complaints, but just take this into consideration if you like more floorspace in your hotel room.

Good breakfast (better than expected for the price we paid) + comfortable to park and not expensive (18 Euros per day) + good wifi (had 2 online meetings with no problem) + hotel bar is open until late so you can have drinks + there is a vending machine for snacks + staff was kind and caring except for the unpleasant experience I had the last day during check out.

The location is terrible (in the middle of nowhere) so make sure you budget for transportation. We had a car so it was no problem for us. There are also taxis in front of the hotel. The rooms are not tiny but not spacious either so you get what you pay for. We stayed 3 nights and no one ever made our room. They only picked up the trash once during 3 days and they took my thermos mug during that too. Later when I reported that to the hotel they did not even apologize for throwing out my mug for no reason. The beds are definitely not the best you slept in but ok. The carpet in the room was obviously very old and not so clean. Also, the plumbing did not work great. Overall, we paid very reasonably for this hotel so these were not a big bother.

The breakfast buffet was good and the staff was very helpful. The lounge and restaurant area was nice. Beds are very comfortable (except the extra sofa).

The first time we got a room, the bathroom smelled bad, and we asked to be changed to another room. The distance from the hotel to an European restaurant was not close. We had to take a long walk (maybe 30 min), and finally we found a good pizzeria. The surrounding roads were under repair and it's not an area for a tourist walk.

The location is perfect, right above a station. You can take a train directly to wherever you want.

The stay itself was hassle-free. Full marks to them. I had booked two rooms, one for myself and one for my colleague, in one transaction. For my reimbursement claim, the hotel kept sending only one receipt, only for my room. It took two weeks and several mails for them to truly understand what I wanted. Nevertheless, this was after the stay.

Mr Reza, Pilar, Nikita, Garzan were extremely kind, professional and helped us with all we needed, specially check in early. Pilar and Nikita helped us order food and were very efficient. They all went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. As a bonus, we were able to see fireworks over the Rein from our window.

The sink was a bit clogged and the room was slightly smaller than we would love.

Location is very nice and you can park around the hotel for free. Breakfast is abundant and very nice.

We were not traveling to watch tv but sometimes you just need to lie down and relax. Well, if you don’t understand German there is no way. You can’t even use dual language. That is something to change. Some other hotels from this brand have even the possibility of mirror your phone and connect to your streaming services.

Room is very small for 4 persons, but if you use the room only in the evening to sleep is fine. Hotel must change old sofa beds with heavy iron on a side because someone who sleeps lively during the night can hurt himself. The mattress is comfortable, very comfortable on the queen bed as well but if you have 2 children 5 and 7 years old who can fall off the sofa bed during the night, in that case this sofa is not recommended. In our case, I slept on that sofa, and my husband and two small children on the queen bed. The bathroom is excellent, clean, there are enough towels, there is no refrigerator in the room (we needed one). Also, parking costs 18 euros per night - which is a lot, otherwise you have to park anywhere in front of the hotel, and if you have a full car overnight like we did, then you run the risk of someone breaking into your car and taking everything. I don't know how safe the neighborhood is. The breakfast is excellent, not just the usual continental as it says on Booking, much more than that, the breakfast is excellent. It is certainly an accommodation for every recommendation. As well you will be charged extra 2 euros per day (daily tax) - this is not mentioned on Booking - so it costs us extra 8 euros for one day. There is an air-condition in room, but the window cannot be open widely, only on kip.

No refrigerator in the room, sofa bed with an iron frame all around the bed, parking which is extra paid

The room is very clean and spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The city centre can be reached by bus from the bus stop in front of the hotel, but it is also within walking distance. You can also return by Uber for less than 10€. Breakfast included is good.

Separate toilet and shower would be nice. The shower was barrier-free, so the water from the shower splashed around.
