It’s a honest hotel, not luxurious but the rooms are clean and the staff is amazing. The rooms are ok to sleep in, and the bathroom has a good shower. It’s located near by a train station, so if you’re of kind of person who needs completely silence to sleep, it might not be a good idea, but I have no problems with that. There's a big free parking space and a grocery store and some restaurants nearby (5 min walk), which helps a lot.

They should have offered higher pillows, I forgot to ask for another one, and when I went to sleep I felt uncomfortable. I couldn't ask because it was late at night and I don't think there was anyone at the reception.

The included breakfast had more variety than expected including a big coffee machine and multiple juices, crossaints, eggs and more. The bathroom seemed to be renovated and looked new. Great for an affordable overnight stay in Frankfurt, especially if you plan to be out most of the time.

The room was right next to the train tracks. With the windows closed the noise was barely audible, but in the hot weather we had to open the windows throughout the day. The carpet in the room was a bit old.

The room was not too big, but it was perfect for a one night stay. It was clean and it smelled nice. The hotel is right near the train station and they made it the whole idea of the décor concept, which is nice. The bathroom was nice, water pressure was high, and everything smelled fresh and clean. They have a nicely sized breakfast restaurant and the food was plenty and tasty.

There were some bleach stains on the carpet (maybe it should be changed to some patterned carpeting), but that didn't bother us for a one night stay.

The hotel is convenient for our needs for the night. It was clean, simple and sufficient. The breakfast was above average and exceeded our expectation. We needed a night near the station for a meeting in the morning and it was fine.

We would have appreciated a second pillow. The one pillow was quite soft. The rooms are very small - just enough space to get around the bed. But we did not need anything more and so it was fine. When the window is open, the sounds of the station is audible, but the room is sound-proof when the window is closed. We were able to sleep well.

Clean, reasonably accessible, really good breakfast with lots of choice included. Staff polite, helpful and friendly. Good size room and shower room/toilet. Well appointed with large, comfortable bed. Also free parking included in the price. There were food outlets within a two minute walk, although these were things like a kebab house and a Balkan restaurant. We tried the Balkan, for us it was lovely, a real experience, but would not be for everyone!! Smarter places to eat within 15 minutes walk. certainly all we needed for a one-night stay. Would stay again.

Small point, two chairs in the room would be good, there was only one!

The staying was ok, as we was just passing and we stopped for a night. The bed was made from 2 single parts which wasn't really conffy.. We arrived late in the night and it was confusing as there wasn't to many parking spaces. We was lucky we found someone from the hotel to help us, even with the key as we wasn't sure how we get in, as the reception was closed at that time. Tbe breakfast was nice and you have some options from where to choose 😊

We hear the train few times also the door from the shower didn't close properly and the water start going throu..

We had a comfortable stay with our toddler. The location is good with a train and tram station nearby. The breakfast was better than we expected. There are good restaurants to order food from. The bathroom was neat and sufficiently equipped. The staff was polite, friendly and very helpful!

Cleanliness can be improved upon.

Great place, staff was friendly and speak english. Breakfast was included in the price and was brilliant. Parked the car outside the main door. Def i will come back again.

A bit more heat in the room...outside was only +5°c and was very cold, and inside was fine, but if was a bit more heat was great.

I chose this hotel for its location somewhat outside the centre of Frankfurt but with very good transport connections via Train and Tram. The room was equipped with everything I needed, all very modern fittings, including aircon and sound-limiting window. All rooms are named after international cities (not all easily reached by rail). Perhaps by design I ended up in Dublin.

It is very close to the railway (which is a plus) but when the freight trains rumble past the place vibrate a bit. (This happened only twice while I was there and was not a big deal for me.)

The breakfast was very varied. Great selection and very tasty. Rooms was cleans. Tram stop right next to the hotel. The gentleman at the reception very helpful. If we ever go to Frankfurt again, we will definitely stay here. Thank you for everything. Thank you for everything from the Czech Republic
