Location is pretty great. It's right at the AB exit of Marktplatz station. There're bakeries, DM and also REWE at the corner. The interior is fresh new, modern and practical. The price is relevantly economic. The staff are really helpful and they can answer you or provide suggestions for all kinds of questions.

The elevator card, once touching the sensor in the elevator, it could lead you to any floor. It doesn't seem to be pretty safe that way. You would need to slam the room door to make sure it is closed. There is only heater in the room. If you want cool air, you'll need to open window a bit the let the air in. (since the hotel is facing the main Berliner Street, there could be some slight noise during midnight.) Remember to order the room cleaning when check-in. No laundry room.

Location was very convenient, directly at the S-bahn stop at Marktplatz. Easy walking distance to shopping and the Christmas market (in December). With S-bahn you get to central Frankfurt in 10-15 minutes, so this is a good location also to visit Frankfurt. The room was nice with a view of the city (which is unfortunately quite ugly).

The entrance from the square feels a bit strange, just a corridor which does not look like a hotel entrance. You have to take an elevator up to the reception for check-in, there the lobby is nice.

The location was superb with the local train station and nice restaurants literally on the doorstep of the hotel. The room was functional and the air-conditioning worked well. It was also silent.

There could have been more variety at the breakfast but it was alright in general. The cleaning system is environmental, but the booking time for the cleaning was challenging. Also, on one morning, we woke up to the sound of drilling in the building just after 7 am, a little too early and it was without pre-warning.

The room and interior, stuff, hotel position near to the center and station. The parking in parking hous near to Lidl was unexpectedly cheap.

Cold room, the air conditioning was not heating. I did not find the wifi password, I'm sure I can contact the very helpful stuff, not a big deal i just used my own data.

Stayed in the 1 bed apartment, everything is new as only opened in June 2024 . It’s right by the station surrounded by cafes , bars and a supermarket. 20 min away by train from Frankfurt Main . Staff are friendly and helpful

The rooms do not have any USB sockets to charge your phone , so please remember to bring a European plug usb . The hotel is great price for what u get and very quiet also .

THE LOCATION IS CONVENIENT. AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE NEARBY. THE LASY AT THE CHECK IN DESK WAS PROFESSIONAL & ABLE TO ANSWER TO MY QUERIES.

DURING CHECK IN, I REQUESTED FOR A LATE CHECKOUT BY 01HOUR AND SHE ACKNOWLEDGED. HOWEVER, ON THE CHECKOUT DAY,MY ROOM WAS OPENED BY THE HOUSEKEEPER AT 0900,HRS1130HRS & 1140HRS. I FIND THAT THERE WAS A LACK OF PRIVACY FOR ME.

Modern and very clean room. Even though it's located in an area with huge traffic, room is quiet. Great location and a good breakfast. 👍

If you travel by car you'll have to find a parking space couple-minute walk away from the hotel.

Perfect location, subway just few meters from hotel. Room was very clean.

No parking facilities, however you can use (paid) parking lot on the opposite street. 17 EUR breakfast fee per person (even 12y child) if this is not included in your stay.

Staff were fantastic both at chexk in and check out. Location was idea, directly outside is the underground and the car park is across the road. 2 minutes walk to the market place with all the restaurants

Just a wider choice of breakfast food (both continental and English) would be fine.
