Airconditioning unit in the room was not working. We were perspiring when we arrived from the train station but the technician who came to our room to fix our room phone said that the airconditioning unit in the room was not working

The hotel is very conveniently located outside the train station (use the train station side exit - it’s quicker and nicer) but was still quiet despite the location. The room was very pleasant with a mini bar and air conditioning. Staff were helpful. Variety at breakfast. The tram I needed to catch was right around the corner - very convenient. I would stay here again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Very close to the train station. Lots of food and night life options within a short walk.

The area between the hotel and the train (about 2 blocks) has many homeless with active drug use occurring. This seems to plague the area. Only complaint about the hotel itself was the AC did not work as we were told it was shut off as of Oct 1st and we were there the 10-12th. The rooms were incredibly warm, border line hot which was uncomfortable for sleeping, as a personal preference.

CLEANING THE CARPET NOT GOOD ENOUGH - PILLOW NOT COMPFORT - STAFF VERY GOOD AND HELPFULL

This probably my 6 or 7 times returning back to the hotel sometime alone and sometime with friends and we all agreed that this is one of the best Hotel and Frankfurt. The front desk they always been friendly and kind and the location is across the road from the train station and there are so many restaurants ,grocery shops, barbers, Pharmacy and whatever you want in just 1 minute walk from the hotel, and it's fairly quiet and definitely this will be always my first option for Hotel in Frankfurt. I forgot to mention that they do have excellent Internet and the air conditioning it just great and the minibar does work as minibar should and a very large modern TV.

Excellent location - right across from Hauptbahnoff Very helpful staff at the front desk. After checking out at 11am, I had to do a Teams call at 2.30pm. I had left luggage for storage at the hotel. I came back and asked them whether I could buy a wifi pass and hang out at the lobby area to do this Teams call. They gave me a free wifi code and let me do the meeting in their comfy lobby. Very helpful staff! I have been traveling to Frankfurt for decades. Most of the hotels around the Central station are seedy with bad service. This one stands out.

We have stayed at the Frankfurt about 3 times so we know what to expect. The staff is exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for us as it's a short walk to the Romer and very convenient to the train station. We like to be close to be able to get on a train quickly early morning. I appreciate the availability of a hot pot to have coffee in the mornings. Also a refrigerator for my yogurt. It is the best value around for us.

The carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced and the towels are thin and worn. The pillows need to be replaced as the stuffing is old and thin. Otherwise I would say you get what you pay for. It works for us.
