The room was quite basic but spacious enough and the hotel location, directly opposite the train station, was perfect. I was pleased to be given a room with no noise issues, well off the main road. A nice breakfast was included in a smallish, pleasant breakfast room. The hotel offers great value for money. I have been before and would be happy to come again.

The shower recess was quite tight, perhaps too much so for big and solid people. Otherwise everything was fine.

Loud, even though my room at the back. But what do you expect in a hotel so close to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof? My basic single room had what I needed (desk). Reception staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Historical photos of the hotel before it was rebuilt were painted on the walls in the grand but forgotten staircase. Lots of atmosphere.

Slightly surprised that my single room had no big lamp, although I found a switch that led nowhere. However, no problem to make do with the bed light and the desk-lamp.

Nice hotel, friendly helpful staff, with a fantastic buffet breakfast on offer, rooms were nice and comfy, location is close to the main rail station and it's within easy walking distance. Easy walk to downtown also. Supermarkets and food options located close also. Just a note on the location there are some dodgy types around near the station just keep your wits about you and all is ok though.

the location is good, just next to central station. but it is noisy in the night, due to the tram just in front of hotel. can't compline the noisy the service is very good, reception are very nice and kind. when we check-in, the lady is penitent and answered all our questions, also gave us a recommended restaurant. also the gentleman in the next morning when check out. the room is clean. big bathroom. with small balcony.

The proximity to train station

The non Turkish speaking staff were horrible. At check in they said my kids were too noisy and they couldn’t concentrate on their computer so they asked us to leave until the room was ready. My kids were not loud at all and were just excited from being in a new town.the following a day a group of Loud basketball players were disruptive and the same front desk people did not scold them. As a sales manager at a US hotel property I was appalled by the lack of customer service revived and the rudeness of the front desk staff. Maybe it’s a German thing. I won’t be returning to this hotel. Restaurant staff were very nice and housekeeping was amazing.

Very convenient location; close to the railway station and the inner city. Lived up to my expectations, in fact, I’d say it was even better considering the cheap price. Comfortable room for one with everything I needed. Breakfast included. Room was cleaned well, though there was some wear on the walls and such but nothing that made any difference to my experience. Staff was good but not overly communicative which suited me.

Had a room facing the street which was very noisy, but as I was only there for a quick stay it didn’t bother me too much. Could also hear noises from the hallway and the other rooms, which could be a problem if you’re a light sleeper.

It was nice and clean. The hotel is rather close to the railway station and the city center. Enough of everything to spend a couple of days.

The street is just a bit noisy, didn’t bother me, but for light sleepers it might be an issue. Also, the fact that it’s near the station unfortunately means that it’s not extremely comfortable to be there alone in the evening because of some creepy individuals.

Great location, big room, clean, friendly staff and value of money!

Rood are good big and clean, location is excellent, Rooms are little noisy at the road side but the other side rooms are nice sound proof.

Elevator, very old and small.

The location is great it’s right in front of the main train station and tram. There are also many metro stations. The breakfast was good and personally filling. Also there are many good restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. We didn’t have to take the metro or bus to get to the center so a great save!

The neighborhood isn’t that good. There was a guy asking us for money and just the atmosphere doesn’t feel that safe. Also in our bathroom the glass partition wasn’t stable, and the heater wasn’t working. Since it’s near the tram, it’s really noisy but didn’t have a problem with sleeping.
