Cozy little hotel, great breakfast with a nice assortment and plenty to choose from. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. OK parking facilities right across the hotel

The room itself could have been cleaner I think, there were quite a lot of marks on the wall and the bed was quite small My room was on the landing route of the planes, sleeping with the window open, not a chance because of the noise from the planes. Sleeping with window closed, that was ok.

rooms were very nice and clean, comfy beds, large smart TV and spacious bathroom. professional staff solved my problem very quickly.

i had to change the room after 1st night as i booked originally one without air-conditioning and the temperature in the room at night was unbearable. Hotel staff reacted quickly and offered smaller room with A/C which was great, but definitely not recommending to book a room without A/C (it was not even 30+ that day...)

Lovely hotel, room was very spacious staff very attentive. Coffee and cake shop downstairs which is very popular with the locals.

There was a strong smell of cannabis in the hallway to our room but this could have been a male member of housekeeping staff as it cleared when he wasn’t there. For those coming from countries where this is still illegal be aware it is now legal in Germany so be prepared for the odour. Parking is not good.

Very nice big room , nice breakfast, very clean ( they were cleaning every day) . Very close to the airport and nice location especially if you have a car. Easy public parking outside the hotel.

The staff doesn’t speak very good English and just a bad smell from the room sometimes although it was clean probably from the bathroom faucets.

Loved the location and easy public parking on the street. The gas station at the end of the road was very reasonable. The property faces a large park with walking baths and trails. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood set away from the noise on Frankfurterstrasse. The staff were all wonderful and the breakfast was lovely. Mattress and pillows were comfortable. Plenty of hot water and a lovely sitting area and bar downstairs

Twin comforters on a queen bed did not work for a restful night. Also not soundproofed and the planes going overhead are loud. The door to the bathroom is glass as is the bathroom window so impossible to really get the room dark in the daytime. Shower door could use replacing. No back up chain or latch on the main door.

Location, pool and room are very good! The hotel has overall very good facilities and the communication was fairly ok.

People from the restaurant lack service attitude, not sure if they are racist but for sure were not nice. We arrived 20 minutes after 4 pm which was our announced time. The person from the front desk didn’t not attend us because her shift was over, so they made us wait 30 minutes without knowing what was happening. Only the people from the restaurant were there and they knew nothing nor were willing to help. By luck I checked Booking.com and noticed they sent a message after 4pm just at the same time we arrived and it was saying that our key would be waiting for us in a safe place. After that we were able to pick it up and continue our journey. The bar/restaurant experience was so disappointing that after one drink we left.

We stayed for one night to cut a long drive in half. The hotel is conceniently located near the highway. We enjoyed a very nice dinner at the hotel restaurant. The kids enjoyed the pool while we relaxed in the sauna. All in all a very nice stay.

We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel. Over-priced in our opinion, especially for small kids who hardly eat anything.

Everything is clean, neat, comfortable and up-to-date. Very professional but casual. Easy access to the airport. Restaurant food and staff excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

Information about parking. We were lucky to find a spot right at the front.

generally good i can recommend sauna and there - small but very nice relax after work without commuting somewhere i would rate 8.5 not a 9 as it shows

The property had good parking around it. and was very clean, good location for the station and the short train ride to the centre. A nice quiet residential setting. Rooms were fresh, large and very comfortable with a nice big shower and coffee making facilities, toiletries etc. The hotel had nice bar, restaurant and leisure area and the majority of the staff were wonderful, especially Philip the manager, the front of house team, cleaning staff and MOST of the restaurant and bar team.

Unfortunately while the majority of the staff were fantastic, there were two working in the restaurant and bar area that we found to be quite rude, brash and dismissive, and while it would not be fair to name and shame them publicly, it is definitely worth a mention on here. Having worked in the hospitality industry for many years my wife was quite taken aback at the un-helpfulness and rudeness of one member of staff in Particular. However I do reiterate that the rest of the staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful.
