All but below was great.

there was an event “SlowUp”. Almost all roads to get to the hotel were closed, after one and a half hour of driving we found a small road to enter the neighbourhood. Not enjoyable with a screaming baby. Hotel did not notify us in advance on this event, though when I notified them at the reception the response was “yes this is very unfortunate, we have this problem every year”… Seriously? My suggestion would be to put this in your hotel’s agenda for next year so you can give a heads up to your guests….

Breakfast was very good with fresh bread from the shop next door - great staff, very friendly and helpful. Great option to be close to Basel without Swiss price - and as plus you get a nice garden and pool.

Restaurant of the hotel is very pricey and not really many options around to go for lunch/dinner. Reception didn't open as early as announced which delayed our check-out plans, but the staff that did arrive early helpout finding a way to make it quick (even if not her responsibility :) )

Easy reach from the highway as we were heading home from Italy to the Netherlands. Comfy family room well facilitated. Very nice breakfast provided in buffet with a touch of flair and personal attention.

As the restaurant consists of a wide range of tables for fine dining. It could be considered a little noisy for some guests. We were so tired and fallen asleep easily.

Cozy and good for one night stay.Very nice bathroom with quality toiletteries. The sofa bed was quite small for a third person,but ok for a smaller child

The floor was not cleaned, I was disappointed about it ,not deserving 4 stars at all We didn't book with breakfast,15€ per person seems quite expensive,but I was charged 7€ for 2 coffees that tasted like the cheapest ever

The hotel is made up of 3 buildings where you can find a restaurant and a gym. It also offers a garden, a swimming pool and a free parking. Breakfast was ok and the room was confortable (excellent shower!). The location is perfect, only 15' by car from Basel; the surrounding area is quiet.

The room was a bit dusty and pillows are too soft.

We stayed here for a night because of our dinner at their Michelin-star restaurant & love everything here: details in the room & around the buildings down to the presentation of amazingly delicious food (dinner & breakfast) left us w/ one-of-a-kind positive experience, thank you!

Breakfast is somewhat on the higher end but worth it, would be nice if incl. in room package.

Very comfortable, double room for single occupancy. Easy and good car parking. Staff happily spoke English with me. Excellent buffet breakfast. Very convenient for visiting Basel. Leave the car parked safely and take a 15 minute taxi ride.

No restaurant on Monday evening, but there was an very good Italian 5 minutes walk away. Little else to complain about.

It looked like it was run by someone who looks after their staff and is interested in hotels and the appearance of the hotel style

it was quite hot in our room. the fan didn’t work - however it was late and we didn’t tel anyone which we should have done. the window was open and the staff were packing up at the end of service. it was a bit noisy.

Location - It was very close to our destination city (Basel), as well as to shops. Room - was fairly big, has a working AC, and a spacious terrace. Restaurant - the food was excellent.

Internet - slow and spotty for video calls Pillows - too soft and uncomfortable

Excellent breakfast, very freindly staff, good location, clean room, well equiped gym

Checkout. There was a problem with producing a receipt for my colleague. He is still waiting, almost a week after checking out...
