The location is very convenient, it's not too far from the centre, walkable distance and has some good public transport connections nearby. The rooms have good insulation from the noise outside. Decent breakfast. Very spacious and easy parking garage. The AC worked well to keep the room cool in the heat. Good water pressure in the shower.

The pillows are very flat, not the most comfortable to sleep on. You can still hear the people in the hallway and doors opening (couldn't hear other rooms though).

Decent location. Staff were really helpful. Room was clean. In my opinion breakfast was exceptional for fifteen euros.

Even though location is okay there was some construction works around it when we stayed. So it was bit of a challenge to access to subway through stairs. They would be better off with firm pillows.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. The location was good, near a metro station. The breakfast was fair, it didn't have too many options of sweets or proteins (only boiled eggs and some ham) but it was good for the ones who want to keep the shape while on vacation. The fruit salad and the bread were very good!

Mixed feelings - the rooms have a code to open the door and I had some valuables in the room so I was a bit worried that the code got lost or seen by someone else.

Easy check-in and -out. Pretty good breakfast. Close to U-bahn station. We had a small issue with a bathroom sink in the evening, and it was fixed immediately.

There could be a warm buffet at breakfast . The hotel surroundings are a bit noisy.

Room was very sized for a family of 2 adults and 1 teenager. Our daughter really liked the room. If coming to hamburg again, we will go with this hotel.

Friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Nearby train station, but within walking distance of the city center. Clean room. Good ventilation. OK breakfast. Good parking garage.

Our room only had 3 electrical outlets. And some of our towels were not clean. Breakfast could be more varied. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby area for a charge.

The hotel seems to be designed for business travellers so it doesn’t try to go out of its way style-wise. It has everything you need - comfortable, clean and quiet rooms, a communal area downstairs, good WiFi and kind staff.

I was not sure if the cafe downstairs served snacks throughout the day, which would have been very helpful for us.

The rooms were small but clean and good. Kim and the other girl (25th August) at the reception were EXCELLENT. Helpful, cheerful and very understanding. The men at the reception need to learn to smile. Good location. Train and bus stations walkable distance.

The rooms could have been a bit bigger. Else? ALL good!!

The location and the ambience of the place was pretty good. Convenient for travel, would really recommend this.

The construction work outside on the main road was a bit of a menace especially during rains. So if you are solo and move around with a trolly, would avoid it if the construction is on.
