Only that the air conditioning in the room was a little flat, but not to the point of being uncomfortable. It worked okay, but probably just needs servicing to improve it

Great hotel at good value. Clean, efficient and quite calm, pretty and classy. The beds were very comfortable indeed and the pillows too. Bathroom was of a good size and with a good shower. The restaurant was fine and we liked our dishes. Several good vegetarian and vegan dishes, also at the breakfast buffet. We were pleasantly surprised as we chose this hotel at short notice as a quick stop-over. Great parking options too. A great choice in Hamburg!

We could not get the casting option in the room to work, but we also did not try very hard and we did not ask for help either, but it is fantastic that they have the casting option - it should be as mandatory as complimentary body wash.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. We really enjoyed our stay. The bathroom was big and clean.

The rooms were okay but it was really hard manoeuvring through the room as there was way too little space to walk through it. Other than that.. the pillows are really small and deflated after a while. Mattresses are very soft so if you’re more into a hard foundation, brace yourself. But it definitely wasn’t a bad stay. We really enjoyed ourselves there. This is simply about personal preferences. Taking those out, our stay was close to perfect.

Pretty much everything! The room was a good size for me as a solo traveller and would likely be fine for a couple as well. The room was comfortable and clean along with the bathroom. While I didn't have cause to interact with the staff much, when I did, they were excellent. The room had a tablet with hotel information, city information, digital newspapers and magazines and much more, including the ability to order amenities you may need, some free and some chargeable, delivered to your room. It was very warm while I was there and upon returning to the hotel one day, I noticed cool towels and fans had been made available beside the check in desk, along with cold water always being available. The lifts wouldn't go to any floors without the room key being touched first, and the staff member who checked me in didn't say my room number aloud when he gave me the key. As a solo female traveller, these things made me feel more secure. The value for money was great and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
