Family room very spacious and well thought out. Beds comfortable. All facilities there, including kettle and fridge. All clean and in order. Breakfast was very good with good variety of foods for every taste. Even had juicer so you can make your own orange juice. Were able to boil your eggs to your own taste too, with boiling water and a timer provided. Pretty interesting. Restaurant available in the evening too, from 6pm, where you pay a set price and can enjoy anything you like (buffet style), even cook your own steak! We were able to park in the secure back yard as did reserve a spot for €15. A bit tight. Not cheap, but at least you're parked behind a secure gate. You have to ring a bell for the receptionist so they open the Gate remotely for you. Most of the staff very welcoming, although had a feeling they were training some new staff both days, so the level wasn't top notch (yet!) as they tried to charge us for the stay again twice! 😅

Hotel Amadeus exceeded our expectations and if we ever come back to Hannover we ll choose it again without hesitation. It offers everything you could need travelling however will suit business guests as well. We booked family room and arrived after 11pm. Nothing was a problem for staff, clearly they are very well informed and trained. All of them speak good English and its easy to communicate at the reception desk as well as in the restaurant Room was very clean, beds wifi works without any interruptions. Breakfast was absolutely prefect. Amazing variety and top class quality you will not come across at 5 stars hotels. Delicious and generous. As common travellers both on business and leisure we were very impressed with how this hotel is managed. Well deserved 10!!! Thank you :)

Everythig was perfect!

Staff was helpful and answered all my questions, check-in was fast and the parking spot I asked for was reserved for me. The room was super clean and relatively quiet. I also noticed some additional facilities I did not expect and did not use during my stay (a gym, etc.).

The beds are made of plastic basically. It's ok for a night or two, but the pillow was way too big and uncomfy and I would not stay here for more than 1-2 nights. I would have expected to also find conditioner, body lotion and the like in a 4-star hotel.

Hotel is just a quick exit from the highway. Close by enough restaurants to go out for dinner. Family room is very convenient and practical. Very good breakfast! In the morning, they laid out toys and made a kids corner to make a breakfast go smoother - loved it. First ground ladies toilet stacked with useful supplies - nice touch. Complimentary bottles of water at the checkout - much appreciated.

Bunk beds in the family room are quite squeaky.

Decent breakfast. Only a quick overnight stay so couldn’t comment on location. Parking limited, we had a roof box on and wouldn’t fit through the underpass, so something to bear in mind. The room and bathroom clean and bedding nice and clean. The pillows not the most comfortable but ok for one night. Would be happy to stay again.

The shape of the room was strange but the room was clean and tidy Unfortunately, in the room I received, there was an invasion of neon lights from the hotel sign that were a bit disturbing.

People at reception were outstanding.

Just a little confused because it mentions that there is a shuttle to the airport, but we had to take a taxi, I believe it could b cause our flight was at 6am.

Great location, near highway, close to the centre, private parking, clean, inexpensive ev charging.

We had two rooms, but all four beds were in one room.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location not too far from city centre. Very comfortable room and facilities with an excellent breakfast.
