Great location. good clean hotel. comfortable beds. good breakfast.

we booked this hotel specifically after checking that they had parking. however, once arrived (after 8 hours driving) we were told that their car park was full and we should park in another car park and pay for it. not at all ideal when you travel with small kids and were assured they have parking! so if you are looking for a hotel with parking this hotel is not for you. there was another familly who traveled from far and were also told that there will be parking for them, but there was not. so it looks like an ongoing problem and that customers are being misled deliberately in order for them to book this hotel.

I didn't like the prices for the drinks in the hotel. I ordered a glass of red wine without asking for a menu/wine card. If I had of known how expensive it was, I wouldn't have ordered it. The staff didn't tell me the price, just kept filling my glass.

Good location, just in the middle of the city, opposite to the City Hall. Clean rooms, but quite small. Good breakfast. The hotel has a garage, but you cannot reserve parking beforehand, so it is always a gambling. However, there is a public parking house, just 5 min away from the hotel, which is by the way somewhat cheaper than hotel garage. Pet friendly. Nice staff.

Great staff at reception. Once we got a feel, access to old city was a breeze; plus, Landesmuseum next door and Neues Rathaus and beautiful walking park directly across the street. Finally, public transportation was clean snd efficient!

Carpet in room could be cleaned!

The location was within walking distance to the areas around parks and waterways.

Not the friendliest staff at front desk on arrival. Lovely staff when we had breakfast and on departure. I Area information would be handy. Parking full, but public car park not far.

it was clean and cosy… located in a close and pretty area! just in front of gorgeous city hall! :)

I had a feeling the towel I dropped on the floor to be changed just folded back in the rack when I got back to the room.

The check in was quick and simple. We were able to communicate with all staff in English. The pet fee was reasonable. The breakfast was outstanding.

I only wish you could reserve a space on the garage early. We had to find street parking but got lucky and found a spot on a well lit road, not too far away.

Insufficient parking and NO air conditioning. In Germany most of the time it’s not needed. However when it is the Air Conditioning at this hotel doesn’t work

Super breakfast, super staff - helpful and made an extra effort for our son celebrating his birthday! Dogs welcome, breakfast could be enjoyed outside with them. Good drinks in the lounge and just outside the beautiful park with playground

Only one thing could improve - the shower button was stuck and we could only get very hot water.

Everything was excellent.

The only thing was, the toilets were too low, they were installed for children, but other than that, great hotel, will come backa
