Good loft/industrial style, lot of space everywhere, rooms styles different from each other, very big TV screen 75", quiet area, close to tram station, decent breakfast, good price, coffee/tea maker in the room, fridge (probably not present in all the rooms). Parking available both in the nearby streets and for a fee in the pay area of the hotel. Good restaurant.

unclear room cleaning policy (maybe they clean every 2 days? nothing was done in the room after the first night and I didn't see this written anywhere). Illumination is "interesting" but not very efficient. Walls insulation is ridiculous: you can hear all the noises from the neighbors and this is not tolerable. My room was equipped with mw oven, cooking corner but no crockery available. Bathroom is relatively small compared to the rest. Then, you have to like the typical German Style blankets (half bed size and either you sweat or you feel cold) and the terrible flat pillow engaging you in a fight for all the night -since no alternatives are offered- but all the hotels in the area are like that.

We loved modern design, relaxed vibe, friendly staff and a location on a river. We took a dog for a walk on a river and it was beautiful. Also a view from our 8th floor room was stunning. Short drive from a motorway was a bonus as we were transiting. Just a heads up - the hotel is located in a Hanover Green Zone. Roofed parking available on site and paid extra.

Spacious hotel room with a comfortable desk to work from, a varied breakfast selection. Location itself quiet within a residential area, but very close to public transport.

Staff could have been a bit more "on", waited and then had to ask again for a second chair for our room. Slightly chaotic setup of restaurant, roof top bar, gym and access to main elevators.

Nice place to stay. I really liked how the room was furnished and good value for money. The beds were very comfy, and we liked that funny disco light in bathroom, gave a good atmosphere before the concert which we were heading for. :D Very close to metro. Overall very good.

The lady at reception was not very happy at the time, and felt bothered to explain things in English. Elevator little far from the reception and through the gym room, which was a bit strange. But not a big issue :)

- Unfortunately no possibility to connect to Netflix on your TV, but not a real problem in my opinion.

Late night travel made us look for an ad hoc short stay place. And bingo! Very hip and stylish hotel. Feels very modern and artsy, not sad, greasy or old lady like (that I expected). Everything was comfy and new looking, tv worked straight away, usb plugs were by the bed, we even had a tiny disco ball in the bathroom which my cats went crazy for. Cause yes, pets were welcome with no restrictions. Staff was relaxed and helpful. Whole stay felt like a breath of fresh air from the usual low cost short stay places. Will totally return.

All day breakfaast would be nice, but that's just an issue for night owls like me.

industrial design of the hotel room interior is so cool the team in the roof top bar was excellent and very pleasant the room TV, it is bigger then hotels typicaly have roofed parking in a big parking house

room temperature quite low, the fan heater above the entry door didn't work well enough (or I didn't set it right)

Nice rooms, big comfortable beds, cleaning every day, new bottle of water every day, breakfast buffet was very nice, plenty of good coffee which is the most important thing for me.. Everything we asked was unswered momentarily, no waiting or reminding. Very nice and popular restaurant with testy food. Sound proof You can find free parking nearby except from Sunday evening when the restaurant is full and so is free parking. We paid for hotel parking only ones on Sunday otherwise used nearby free.

There is no air conditioner, we got ventilator from hotel and it helps a bit, but only when we finally opened windows we felt air in the room. Should have done it from the beginning so no complain really.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, good bar location. The walk to the elevator and rooms through the fitness area in operation was a bit unusual. Interesting twist in bathroom illumination choices :-)

The breakfast location outside of the bar/restaurant was a bit windy due to continuous opening of sliding doors to the outside.

The rooms live up to the hype. They are a higher tier of quality and the styling is funky. The Internet was also extremely good. Just an odd observation but the hotel was huge!

I think €15 a day for parking is grim. I took a gamble and didn't pay for parking with the room and found parking (like most other guests) about 2 minutes from the hotel (on street parking) that costs nothing. Another small annoyance as a regular traveller is, if I've booked and paid for the room through booking.com you have access to all my details and are aware I've already paid. SO! why make me fill out that A4 questionnaire with exactly the same details again? It's annoying and unnecessary.
