Location ok, room good size

There isn't enough parking outside the hotel which was disappointing. The town car park is nearby but no one informed us about this even though we asked if there was parking. It costs €5 - again it would not be a problem if that was made clear on the website/booking info. We didn't know, we didn't have any € coins on us and the parking machine didn't accept cards. It was a bit stressful with kids at the end of the long day. However, the receptionist managed to sort it out for us. Perhaps make it very clear there isn't enough parking and that customers will need €5 in coins to pay for the parking. Had we known that, it would have made it less stressful.

Free parking in front of the hotel - although limited in number, I had no problem parking. Helpful staff. Great location in the town centre, next to the railway station, and within walking distance of the Bergparken with it's castles, museums, monuments and gardens.

Free internet should have been better - it was quite un-useable and some devices couldn't connect.

The booking and checkin process were very easy and the staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and there was easy access with the keycards to the building and the rooms. The rooms were very well insulated from noise.

The included bathroom with the room was a bit small for tall people, but big enough to provide everything necessary.

Good breakfast although quite expensive for what it offers, the room was clean and staff is very friendly.

Bed and pillows are too soft, no A.C, very small room (good for two nights tops) and the soap and shampoo dispensers were empty.

We especially liked opening our window to see over the train station to the Hercules fountain on the mountain in the distance. The room was small but well appointed. Very clean, great staff. Bed was comfortable . Great location, just roll your suitcases to the side of the railroad station and you are there. You get a free pass for all of the trams and buses which are located in front of the train station.

It was a little more pricy that we would have liked, but it was worth it for the convenience.

Temperatures is Kassel are highly fluctuating, would have been better if access to A/c or fan is provided in the room. Night time temperature in the room is very hot, when opened the windows for ventilation lot of bees entered the room. ALso, I stayed one night instead of two nights. The hotel refused to give any refund.

proximity to railway / tram station which gives easy access to entire Kassel. The railway station has bakeries and supermarkets where foods and drinks are available at reasonable price.

Lack of air-conditioning - it was not necessary 10 years ago when I stayed here for documeta13 but year 2022 Kassel can be very hot in summer. Good thing is that the room has a large window and it can be opened!

The size of the room, the little extras like water, honey, and chocolate, made this an enjoyable stay. We were right next to a major transit, and noise was not a problem at all. Their breakfast was really good and the staff kind.

The location is great for anyone traveling by train and visiting the Congress centre nearby. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was clean.

Late booking due to original hotel closed from holiday (despite being booked months before). Breakfast good room fine only downside Bar and restaurant closed on the Saturday night of stay. Not knowing Kassel this was very inconvenient.
