Location is good for transport to cologne, parking is good. Rooms are a good size and bed is comfortable. Little extras like sweet trolley etc in reception is a lovely idea. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful.

Hotel like a sauna far too hot. Unfortunately staff were a little sparce at breakfast time in the restaurant. Not very informative of what was around, just took room number and no information given. Thought some of the breakfast didn't look appealing. Will say it was unusual as been several times and this was the first occasion it happened. Will still return though. Good value for money.

Most of the reception staff were top notch. In particular I young man/ I think his name was Jeremy. Also the supervisor whom was of a gentleman from East Asian background. The other 2 young people on reception were passable but average.

On my last day I encountered what I suspected was a bit of borderline racism from the new Dinner room staff. Which I had to speak with the same supervisor about, as suspected they need equality, diversity and cultural inclusion training.

Lots of parking to the rear of the hotel, secure with enough room for our Luton vans. Rooms are a good size, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good, hot and a wide selection of choices. Staff were friendly at checkin/ departure and prepared our bill ready for an early checkout.

The hotel restaurant was closed for private functions for the whole of our stay, some warning of this prior to our arrival would have been useful. Although there are a number of choices within walking distance.

Breakfast variety and availability was GOOD and location was Very Convenient for the purpose of my TRIP. The mini GYM facility was CLEAN and furnished with basic NECESSITIES - Water, Towels Sanitizer etc.! The Main Lobby AMBIANCE was very GOOD with variety of SNACKS, including Fresh POPCORN always available.

I thought the Breakfast was included in the price but had to pay extra for them at checkout. Surprised! MOST ANNOYING: I couldn't stand the sight of the Bathroom FLOOR Never ever CLEANED enough to remove long HAIRS transferred or transported from other ROOMS by Cleaning equipment! And for the price, I expected basics like WASHCLOTH and LOTION! Also, there was language barrier trying to communicate with the Housekeeping Crew!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful even when arriving at 2am due to a delayed flight. I had the swimming pool all to myself (twice) which was amazing and the restaurant food was great and breakfast just perfect.

Some parts of the hotel were starting to get a little tired, but they were actively refreshing this during my stay which suggests when I go back this will no longer be the case. Great team, lovely hotel - a little far from the city but I knew that when I booked.

First glance (outside) I honestly did not know what to expect. I come from an Eastern European country so the look of the building reminded me of back home. Reception area was a bit in tone with that too. But the room was unexpectedly nice and clean.

On Booking.com it said that I can pay at the property and I went for that option and then I got a charge on my card out of the blue for the entire sum. Wrote the hotel on booking.com and all I got was a generic answer that had absolutely nothing to do with my question.

The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable. The team is friendly, helpful, and speak good English. It is a little out of the city centre but we knew that before booking. The centre is a short taxi drive away, or you walk 10 minutes up the road to a train station where you can travel straight to the centre. There's a little supermarket next door, which is great if you need a few essentials.

We didn't have time to use all the facilities.

Friendly staff, lots of parking space. Room with a view of the Cathedral. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The Christmas decorations in the lobby.

Showering was difficult without making the whole bathroom wet. The door of the bathroom didn't close properly without making a lot of noise.

The hotel is well turned out in a quiet part of the city about 10 minutes walk away from an S-Bahn station or a tram stop. The room has modern facilities it is quite comfortable.

The coffee machine & kettle take up too much space. There is no need for the kettle to be on that big board. I wasn't keen on seeing that the coffee machine uses those plastic pods which are not good for the environment.

It's a nice hotel which has a sauna and an indoor pool which is open from 7a.m-11 p.m. rooms were air-conditioned and spacious and the bathroom had a nice clean well equipped bathtub. There is a supermarket right next door very convenient

It's a bit far from the center. But there is a bus stop right Infront of the hotel. And an S-Bahn few 100 meters that only 2. Stops away
