The nice girl at the reception knows several languages ​​(including Russian), which made the communication process easier. Thank you!! Lovely apartments on the 4th floor. A number of advantages: 1. Sleeping places: comfortable mattresses (we slept well) + very clean bed linen. TV and Netflix 2. Kitchen: kettle, microwave, dishes and cutlery, tiles and dishes, which is very convenient for families with children for a long stay (you can cook your usual food). 3. The shower cabin is quite comfortable and most importantly, not old, it’s comfortable to take a shower + there is also a working hairdryer. 4. If you smoke, there are balconies on the floor. Quite affordable in price and at the same time the room is clean and has the necessary amenities. 5. You can buy coffee and other drinks at the reception. * For the owner of the appartment: I would add disposable slippers, a Senseo coffee machine with pads (budget) but the opportunity to drink coffee in the morning, replace the heavy curtains with light tulle (more light), change the light bulbs to more powerful ones (all the time I was there I wanted more light). But then the price will increase :) 😉 * For guests of Cologne: in any hotel there is something that you would like to improve, but for this budget you get more than enough!! 🫶

Great location, a short walk from Cologne (Köln) central and the main city and river. Beds comfortable, kitchen and bathroom facilities were excellent. Check-in and instructions were great, too.

The noises from all sides. Mainly above our room. There are house rules in place to be quiet after 10 pm until 7 am. However, these were not observed. When you are trying to sleep, the last thing you want to do is get up, go to reception on the 4th floor to make a complaint. Suggest the company also installs soft door closures on the cupboard doors in all rooms. Lack of storage space. Nowhere to store suitcases and bags. One of the quirky desks/hanging spaces was broken. The safe didn't work. it looks like the batteries were dead. Did not raise this to reception, as it didn't impact us.

This hotel is exceptional. The room and bathroom are very clean. It is spacious, and has a balcony which has a great view. I also love the big windows in the room. Plenty of lighting in the room. The kitchen is clean and well equipped too! We also felt very safe.

We struggled finding the property because right outside the building it has a sign of Mercure so we got confused to where this hotel is. I think there should be a bigger sign pointing to where Aparthotel MyCologne actually is (that can be seen by a driver on the road. Parking would also be great if there was free parking.

The hotel floors are beautifully decorated and the room was so fun! We had the film room and attention to detail was great. Bathroom and mini kitchen was also fab. The windows were pretty drafty but the radiator was HUGE and warmed the toom up lovely so you didnt feel it. Location was 10min walk to cathedral in pretty much a straight line so great for connections. Staff were fantastic

The rooms are not very sound proof. The people above us made so much noise from 6am banging and scraping chairs around.

The theme of the rooms made it different to generic hotels we've stayed in before. The kitchen area allowed us to cater to ourselves rather than having to eat / dine out for every meal which made it a little more convenient. Smart TVs in both rooms were also appreciated when waiting for others to get ready!

Minor things like a slighter larger bin would be nice. The apartment itself was also a little difficult to locate so maybe some better signposting or descriptions would be ideal! Other than that it was really nice.

Really very clean, service is super helpful, friendly and nice, pretty authentic atmosphere, photos are the same as in real. Very quiet place, you won’t hear noise of the city but at the main time you are enough close to the centre around 15 minutes by walk. Especially can enjoy walking near the river side. Highly recommended!

It was hot period and too warm in the room, airco was a bit noisy that you can’t let it work for a whole night and it didn’t work correct . I would be happy if we would have some tea bagels, coffee in the kitchen.

Very good appartements, secure and calme, U-Bahn on the corner and the river Rhein - you can walk along the river to the Cathedral 'Koelner Dom' in 15 minutes (or rent a city bike) elevator always on, automatic doors always in function, we arrived after midnight - in fact - this accomodation has a 24hr reception! we left our luggage at the reception the day of check-out - thanks for that! Nice restaurants and shops nearby at Ebertplatz (400mtr) , Agnes church is on the other corner, Sculpture Park 10 mins walk to north and in front is the Cologne Zoo parc, Claudius Thermal Bath right on the other side of the river

Some forks and knifes in the kitchenette were missing at the beginning, but the people at the reception are very reactive and solved the problem quickly

nice location ( not close, not far from the historical center), clean room, nice people in reception. Kitchen with all needed stuff. Funny interior was funny on pics, but in real live not so, but this is fine.

hard to find location - even having the exact address needed to search apartments ( like "it must be somewhere here, but where ?" :D ) only close and working shop nearby - gas station ( but this could be German specifics )

We drove the rental car and it was easy to find the address, as we arrived in the evening there was plenty of parking on the street which might be more difficult during the day though but other options are available. The reception was very friendly and quick, easy access to the room. The room itself was spacious enough for 4 people with great layout of beds. Kitchen with all the necessary tools for the short stay. Only 10 min to walk to the street with places to eat and supermarket and about 15-20 minutes to the Cathedral. We found it very safe to walk late in the evening as well.

We were a bit straggling to find the building itself - I wish there was a picture on the website of the building as it was rather dark but as soon as found it, the rest was very smooth.

The accommodation fully matches the information and photos on the website. The beds were quite comfortable and all the necessary cookware was provided.

It would have been nice to have salt, sugar and some tea bags available. Instead, the kitchen only had portioned cream and instant coffee.
