Location is unbeatable, basically you live in the city center. In less than 5 minutes one reaches market and main attractions. We could not use sauna, but by sight it looked new and clean (althrough strange decision to have it separate for women and men). Hotel toiletries were excellent. Our little kid received a bag with toiletries and washing toy too - we never experienced this in any other hotel. Breakfast was typical German (inclination to meat, chese, bread), but very tasty. Coffee delicious.

Only air conditioning was available in the room and it had top limit 23C. In December it was cold in the room and without carpets on the floor we did not feel comfortable. A pair of disposable slippers would be good in winter. Roof terrace was dark and had only 1 working heating stand. Igloos had to be reserved in advance with a requirement to spend 150EUR (why such requirement for hotel guests?). Breakfast could have more sweets (cakes, pancakes etc.) Very limited options for dinner in the hotel bar (but this is compensated by central location of the hotel so hungry traveller can chose any cafe nearby).

The hotel is well located next to the Markt stop, shops and restaurants, close to the centre of Leipzig. Well furnished, clean and with excellent breakfasts, INNSiDE does a lot right which the other hotels get wrong, which is well expected for the price.

The rooms can get quite warm, and the air conditioning isn’t very strong. Combined with the fact that the windows don’t open very far, that can make them a little uncomfortable, especially after a shower. The upstairs bar gives a commanding view of the surrounding area, but the drink selections are somewhat restricted, on both the beer and wine selections, and we were charged 16 Euro for two large bottles of water, which seems a bit much!

The location was great, right near the center and close to nice restaurant/clubbing area.

Breakfast too expensive. It is also not practical that the room requires a card to turn appliances on, as if you come for work, you might need things charging while away. Still, you can ask for an extrad card and that was fine.

Rooms were quiet clean and in very good condition. Staff were polite, friendly (even a member of the maintenance staff had a friendly chat with us in the lift one day) and helpful and the restaurant was well-staffed. Breakfast was typical continental style buffet with plenty of options for all tastes. The hotel is very well located for the city centre.

Can't think of anything really that affected us. One thing that might concern others a little is that our room was overlooked by the teaching rooms of the university, but this was not a problem for us as we were staying at the hotel when the university was on Easter break. I suspect folk are largely in teaching rooms during the day when guests at the hotel are out of their rooms. So I don't see it as a problem

I had a fantastic stay in Leipzig. This is a modern hotel situated near to the old town but also walking distance from a series of very cool little bars and cafes (and next door to an AMAZING Vietnamese vegetarian restaurant). Walking distance to the very nice park in Leipzig with river, beer gardens, ice cream etc. If you walk further south down Karl Liebknecht Strasse you will also come to lots of little bars , cafes etc. I was there on a sunday when all the shops were shut but had a really enjoyable afternoon and evening there. Also, there is a roof top terrace that was nice. Room was comfy if a bit small (the shower is located in the room), breakfast was good and the fitness room / gym was fine and had a mat in it - which you don't always find.

There is a nightclub opposite - I was there on a Sunday and it was shut but you might want to be aware of it. No idea if there would be any impact from it..

Staff was super friendly and helpful even prior to arrival. Beautiful and clean rooms with plenty of space and nicely equipped. Lovely breakfast buffet it was the only hotel where I could make a reservation for a parking lot for people with disabilities in advance. Hotel is very well located right next to the centre yet quiet at night

This hotel is very well located, especially if you are arriving in Leipzig by car. It's only a short walk from the main market square, several museums, and the city harbour (which is useful if you want to do a boat tour of the canals). There are also two fantastic restaurants right next to it – a Vietnamese vegan place and a pizza place. The rooftop terrace in the hotel is also very nice. Other reviewers mentioned a good tip that we also used – we parked at the public underground carpark just beyond the hotel carpark in Zentralstraße and only paid 10€ per day as opposed to 25€.

It would have been nice if there had been a kettle in the room for making tea and/or coffee, but you can get these at the restaurant or rooftop bar instead. The hotel is very large and clearly more geared toward business travellers and conferences than tourists, but we still enjoyed our stay.

Super convenient, and really clean hotel.Nice friendly service from the moment you walk in the door. Comfy beds with warm duvets and nice pillows. Breakfast was delicious - plenty of space between the tables, which were constantly cleaned after being used, with a good selection of breakfast food, gluten free options as well.

Two sided sword - I like nicely renovated rooms, but I really don‘t like the smell of fresh paint… we slept with the windows open so all was ok.

The location is very good for anyone to walk around and visit all the highlights of Leipzig. The breakfast is delicious with a a variety of fresh products. The room and bathroom were very clean.

The reservation mentioned we should have a kettle in the room for coffee but they were not. So, we asked for the kettle, cups at the reception and that was fine eventually.

I've enjoyed my stay at the hotel a lot. The room had a great interior and a great view with a balcony. The staff was very friendly and offered an upgrade during the check-in and the new room exceeded my expectations.

The Wifi connection was a little bit unstable, which made it hard for me to join the online meetings.
