Our room had a power cut which was fixed within a minute or two by the remarkably helpful and friendly lady in Reception. Given that the hotel was more or less full and that during daylight hours one can hear emergency vehicles every five minutes, it was completely silent in our room during the night - this was very welcome and a very pleasant surprise.

A lift would have been good, if only for the dog - he hates walking down staircases.

We have stayed here several times for a one night stay after hopping off the ferry from Finland that arrives late in the evening. It's a no-frills experience but a good one at that. Convenient check-in and out, comfortable and clean rooms. Exactly what we have needed.

the breakfast was great. beds were comfy, kiddo loved the bunk bed all in all it was great and staff was super friendly

there was no extra space, like a little cupboard for clothes or an extra shelf in the bathroom. for the money and only 2 nights stay that was acceptable though, we didnt have THAT much luggage the lighting was quite dim, bathroom as well as bedroom. if a woman would like to put on some makeup, she would have problems, for going to bed it was good enough. maybe a deco sticker thing (giving sandblasted, milky effect for privacy) over the window (room 111 and others facing that way) could be a little improvement, so one could open the blinds for natural light without everyone being able to see inside

Ok location, walkingdistance to town. Great with parking at the hotel and short distance to shops.

The rooms were not that clean so they should have put a bit more effort in cleaning. We did not try the breakfast, did not look very attractive.

clean rooms. newly renovated. nice bathrooms. located near marzipan factory and to our friends. plenty of free parking

no early check in. arrived in Lubeck at 2 pm and had to kill an hour before check in, but that isn’t hard to do in Lubeck

Good localization, close to the old city center. Parking lot. Room was small but comfortable and clean.

There was no vegetables on breakfast, even the tomato or cucumber :(

Easy check in. Clean and simple. Lots of free parking onsite. Easy location for driving but a long walk to city center.

Very firm mattress and thin pillows

I Honestly value for money, staff were helpful, location is good, rooms basic but were perfect for a nights sleep.
