Not the first time in Moxy for me, although this was a different branch. The formula is well thought, modern, yet not trying to be too "fancy" or blitzzz. Rooms are always very clean, comfortable, and the staff in Ludwigshafen was very helpful, polite, and friendly.

In Moxy there are only 2 things that need room for improvement. The fact that there is no mini-bar is fine, but at least a bottle or 2 of water in the room would be welcome. Secondly, the kind of desk thing with the low chair is fine to sit on for 5 min, but as a business traveler, you kill your back if you need to work out a report, and there is not much room to put laptop and all other stuff on

The location of the hotel was very pleasant, it is next to the river Rhine. You can take a nice walk along there if you want. The breakfast experience was relaxing, food was prepared to a high standard. The room was very clean and comfortable with a good size bathroom and air con. The beds were comfortable and the shower was a good size with good water pressure. There are bike locking areas both outside of the hotel and underground car park if you are touring with a bicycle.

Bicycle storage inside could improve if there was more than 3.

The staff were really friendly and helpfull. Everything that you need is in "arm reach"so you can get anything you want in a few minutes walk. The hotel smells good, the rooms are clean and everyday there was new sheets and towels provided.

This might be only one case, but the only thing that I didn't like (Since I am a person with Entomophobia) on our window there were like 4 big spiders and a lot of spider webs but that was only on that room since we actually got a better view room to the river since I asked (free of charge).

It’s easy to feel welcome and at home at Moxy LU. It is located near the city center next to LU’s largest mall. We appreciated the great location adjacent to the river Rhine. Lots of opportunities to walk along the riverside. Breakfast was generous - even our dog was served a bowl auf fresh water every morning. Very thoughtful! Thank you once again on behalf of Barney! We appreciated the various USB charging facilities provided in our room.

Our room was functional. But two facilities were missed badly: a wardrobe and a fridge (No complaint: We knew the rooms would lack them when we booked). The room had TV (which we appreciated) but we couldn‘t plug in our private streaming device. Usually at least one HDMI Input is accessible. Maybe - in the future -the Moxy can cooperate with the mall to provide some kind of parking-arrangement as free parking near the city center obviously is scarce.

For business travelers, Moxy provides a good accommodation experience, with nice, clean, and adequately spacious rooms. I particularly enjoy a warm and salty breakfast, so the variety of options available is a definite advantage. The WiFi connection is stable. Additionally, the hotel's lounge is spacious, allowing comfortable discussions for various groups after a day of business activities.

I have a great experience during chek in/ out. The staff is so nice and friendly. They like to talk to you and listen to your story after a long journey. Give you a warm welcome, so that you can have a wonderful start from their hotel. The greatest hotel staff always make guests happy and smiles!

Sofa bed is not very comfortable but base on the price we paid, it seems we cant complain too much about this.

The staff was friendly and cooperative. We were greeted with welcome drinks. Hot water was also provided upon request. The mattress was comfortable. The views (both city view and river view) are very nice.

No phones in the room. No mini fridge. No toiletries unless you ask for something (by going down to the lobby and asking the bar/reception). Pillow was rock hard. Some days the towels were stained (not dirty, just stained). The shower box is extremely narrow, you have to shower sideways.

Great central location if visiting the city or Chemiepark. Lovely cosy bar on an evening with board games scattered around the tables. Rooms are a decent size and comfortable. Breakfast choice was substantial and enjoyable. No direct parking but you can park in the Rhein-Galerie shopping centre for €15 per night. Will definitely be back.

Room was too hot and air-con didn’t appear to be working correctly.

I've stayed at this hotel twice now, and will use it again if I need to return to Ludwigshafen. Reasonably priced, good location, comfortable room, friendly staff. I very much have appreciated the black-out curtains and the air conditioning.

Moxy charges 18 euro for breakfast (at both of the properties in Germany where I've stayed) which is simply way too much. I paid for it this time, and the breakfast is fine. Good, even. I'd say I'd pay 10 euros for it, but it simply isn't worth 18. Must be only for people on expense accounts.

The pillows were too high for my taste, so I used the bath towel as a pillow It would be nice to have the option to choose a different pillow The room was quite noisy looking to the road. So only option was to close the window and use A/C. With the windows closed there was no noise from the road coming in Noise from the neighbouring room's bathroom could be heard, as well as heavy rooms' doors slamming all over the corridor. So the insulation is good, but could be improved.
