I travel very often and I always go to Hilton hotels, and with this one I feel very very good. My kids were very happy and they were even loved to go back again. The people that worked there. I’d like everything about the Hilton in Mannheim. Like I said location is good, very good and whenever you go at the desk the people they turn to you very fast and they give you your answer as you want it so there is nothing to complain about dinner was perfect. Breakfast was good. I mean the workout there at the Hilton was very very good. I have to say because I am one of the complicated person because of my kids I want to make sure that everything is good I have nothing to complain about over the weekend it was great and I look forward to my next trip there😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Simply everything. The room was nice. The shower was amazing. The staff everywhere was great. Many Americans stay here so there was a lot of English. I thought I wasn’t going to like my stay here because I was told her was limited place for our bikes, but they took care of us right away, I absolutely enjoyed the stay and especially our morning waitress, OxAnna. It is so important to have great stuff. But again a shout out to the shower. Best rainfall shower anywhere.

The property was very centrally located for our needs close to both the Wasserturm and the train station. The decor in the lobby and breakfast area was enjoyable. Unfortunately we did not try the restaurant, however it did look nice and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was enjoyed each morning and a good start to our day.

Cleanliness and very friendly staff!

We stayed at the hotel for one night while on a road trip in the south of Germany. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and we felt welcomed and comfortable. The room was clean and had everything that need. The breakfast was very good with many choices at the buffet and also on request. We even enjoyed the fitness room after sitting for some hours in the car. The hotel is next to the train station and very close to the city centre, with easy access on foot to a variety of restaurants and museums.

Room could be a bit bigger for a family of three, but for one night was fine.

Prime location across the street from the railway station. Decent in-house restaurant. Excellent bathrooms. Very friendly and competent staff. We had a room on the 9th floor with a spectacular view.

The mattress was on the hard side. Breakfast selection was limited -- while they did offer the usual bacon, eggs and omelettes, there was a dearth of cheese and ham. No fish (kippers, salmon, trout) at all.

Hotel was very very very well organised the reception was exceptional,the room an the bathroom was very clean. The have chargers for electric vehicles they give you an rfid card to start the charging and the receptionist was helpful how to use it. At the ground floor they have a restaurant mr.postman and is fantastic with plenty of choices to eat and drink. I would love to stay again.

A modern hotel with friendly staff, underground parking, good size room with excellent facilities and efficient air-conditioning. It is located right next to the central train station, but the quality of its double glazing means that it is completely quiet with no external noise. Breakfast is buffet style, very varied and of the highest quality

There was nothing that we didn’t like about this property.

Very modern hotel, quite fancy with very friendly staff. Great breakfast in the morning and you can go to the restaurant in the evening for good meat. Rooms are quite large, very well furbished, with good bed. Bathroom is also very nice with wide shower. very quiet in the rooms. I recommand the hotel without hesitation. If you're traveling, the hotel is close to the train station (200meters) so very convenient when you're going back home of traveling within Germany.

Nothing really I didn't like at the place. This is an excellent place for a business trip or even a personal trip.

Check in time, they forgot about me twice. They had me waiting at the bar for my room to be ready. I am clear that I did arrived a bit early but the staff totally forgot about me twice. When I went to remind them they gave me free drinks... twice!

Nice , clean neat commfortable hotel. Both retaurant team (sorry i do not know names) and reception team(especially Sandra and Maria were very hekpful and professional). Breakfast is pretty good.

Felix at reception , very rude, we had a really hard conversation which i never had from hostels till luxury hotels. I did not get a reason of such an attitude, i believe smth personal.
