The hotel was the best we've had in Mannheim to date. The standard room we had was very spacious, clean and fresh with a huge comfortable bed. The room was on the street side, but there was no disturbance from that. The location was spot on. 2 minutes walk from the Wasserturm, 3 minutes from City center. All of the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Excellent parking facilities beneath the hotel. Most important for us, the hotel and staff are very dog friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody, both business and pleasure.

Excellent location, hotel, room, and amazing breakfast. Very happy that I chose this hotel. The very center of the city is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Several great restaurants nearby.

If you happen to park at the hotel, please be aware that the parking garage is extremely narrow and to exit the garage one has to drive 3 levels down every time on the super narrow roadways. Very easy to scratch your car. The other thing I didn't like to much is that the bathroom in the hotel room can't be locked. Can lead to some uncofortable moments if you are staying with your family members. This is a really minor one from my teen daughter: she was missing bagels for breakfast, but I assume this is not a thing in Europe in general.

* they put a piano on the first floor where you have the rooms and we’ve been bothered from very rude people playing in the middle of the night 3 times so 1st night was tough but luckily the staff was nice and we were able to change rooms. Avoid the 1st floor if you can.

Very near to the shopping street and all means of transportation. The check-in was very quick and the staff are decent. All in all It was a good stay.

Unfortunately no fridge in the room they gave to me but they managed to cool my stuff. The blankets are not for a tall guy like me :D should be more long Shower cabinet should have a glass door not to be open to bathroom , especially when the bathroom floor has no drain.

The hotel is well situated and the young team managing the reception is spot-on and super fast. The parking is easy and the rooms are nice when off the street.

The bar is completely understaffed even a congress and several busines meetings are in the house. This can hardly be accounted as unforseeable events. The staff reacts more to people crying round their orders than customers patiently waiting after getting seated. Here is room for improvement.

The Staff was very friendly...my favorite was in the Breakfast room ...she gave the Hotel a warm hospitality that would be mrs Jacqueline Heck...thank you miss Heck... The Location is wonderful The Breakfast was good ...

The Rooms are very used...the artificial leather was coming of the Head of the Bed and the Chair...all Door frames had chips and Paint busted off...

We were only there for the weekend (less than 24 hours) so our experience was limited. The location was great (in center of town, easy walking distance to many places of interest and restaurants). The room was comfortable (roomy and with nice touches like excellent water and tea/coffee availability).

Our room was very far away from the elevator. It is not a problem except when bringing luggage and departing with luggage. Otherwise, nothing.

It is a very nice hotel, the breakfast is fantastic, but I was missing the salmon. English channels on the TV. The room is clean, there's hot water in the shower and the internet works perfectly.

Well it seems the reception is not very much interested in their guests, but after several stays a warmer welcome would be nice. Nope I don't need hugs, but a hello and a how do you do would be nice. No fresh orange juice, and 2 single beds instead of a double as ordered. No minibar available.

Location is good. Parking is easy. Size of the room is good. Hotel lobby is big. Good breakfast

Bathroom door does not have a lock. Room door is not good soundproofing all noise in corridor was in room when someone was walking and talking. Extra bed for the kid was setup under TV, which seemed a little risky with falling down risk.

The room was big and clean. I arrived early but they let me check in. The staff was very friendly and helpful Breakfast had very wide choice - I had very good value overall. Very close to Xmas market.

The radiator was behind the curtain so wasn't effective in heating the room when outside wa -6 degrees. I moved the curtain to expose radiator and it worked fine. The guys next door came back at 3am and had quite loud and long conversation in the corridor which woke me up which was super annoying - not hotel's fault but it could happen as it's a huge hotel...
