Room was okay size and came with lots of amenities plus there was an on site laundry room, fitness centre and snacks/toiletries you could buy at reception area!

We checked in quite late (12midnight time) and we're told on arrival that we didn't have a room booked. After a few back and forth it turns out that a staff member from earlier in the day had checked us in by accident. We were given key to our room and then when we got there the key didn't work. Receptionist came up and her master key didn't work either, eventually another visitor opened the door and said they had been checked into that room so we surmised that the staff member from earlier had checked these people into our room too. In the end we basically got their room, receptionist Rosa was sooo lovely and apologetic so I want to commend her for helping us out at such a late time, and we ended up with a nicer? room on the bottom floor which was ideal!

We enjoyed our stay in your hotel. Everything was nice, clean, people at the reception were nice and helpful, breakfast was tasty, playing table football nice. The garage parking is very comfortable and the lift too. The hotel is few minutes walk to the underground, but during the very tough rain without the umbrellas it´s also possible to go by car to the next underground station called The Olympic park or so and park there. It´s really worth to visit Rezidenz of the kings and queens and to hear the melody and to see the moving figures on the church at the Marienzplatz.

- only 2 places for sleep - another two on sofa - for short stay possible for families, for longer it looks small for 4 person 35m2 - parking place is bit expensive, but it is comfortable. If need save money, find in surrouding. - some things missing in kitchen (cork pads, lids), dishwasher :-) -wifi is unsafe, without any password, it is danger. Time to time need open browser and agree some conditions.

Hello, everyone! Location was super! Nearest U-Bahn station was "Oberwiesenfeld" am U-3. It took 5-7 minutes to access station. We booked entire apartment. It had one separate bedroom and living room with studio type kitchen corner. Beds were good for children (9 and 10 years old). The hotel stuff was very pleasant. The stuff offered "breakfast" , 20 euro for each person, but we did not take it. The dishes and kitchen equipment was OK.

It was problem with central lighting in bedroom. And problem with heating. Air conditioner did not work well. Otherwise- everything was good.

Rooms with basic equipment, but enough for few days stay in the city. Small kitchen very handy, with coffee machine and microwave oven too. Staff very kind and helpful, you can ask anything you need to know. There is a breakfast as an option that charges additionally, decent variety and choice. You can prepare coffee or tea anytime during day and night, no extra charge. Position - very close to U-bahn station, we could move around very easily. Distance to BMW museum/welt area is just 1 U-bahn stop away.

Pillows could be renewed. Also it would be nice to have some basic stuff in the bathroom (soap, shower, shampoo etc).

The hotel is in a great location, in a quiet neighborhood not far from the city center. There is a U-Bahn station near the hotel that takes you to Marien Platz in 10 minutes. The staff is friendly and approachable, you have free coffee in the hotel, the breakfast is commendable and the gentleman immediately fills in anything that is missing. The rooms are clean and tidy. The kitchen in the room is nice and practical. Recommended to everyone.

Best place to visit Olimpian Village and the stadium events. BMW Meseum is also very comfortable to be reached on foot. The Hotel was nice with very wellcoming staff. Kitchen was good equipped. The additional bed for a teen was ready on arrival. So both our teens had great comfort sleeping on their own beds. It was lovely! We managed to park the car for free on the other side of the railway(about 5-10min on foot). It's a little bit industrial area but is quite empty on the evening and weekend. Not far away from here there are NORMA and NETTO supermarkets.

The property is nice and clean and well furnished. But it is a little bit away from the main attractions and the main part of the city. The transport to the cities quite nearby, so it was not a very big issue. There are no local cafes or restaurants around the property it seems to be more in the industrial end of the town.the breakfast services are excellent.

We had the shower door stuck and it wasn’t fixed for 24 hours and even on the day that we left. The staff wasn’t very much aware about what was going on.

Far from centre of Munich, with very simple and quick metro connections 5. Close to Olympic Park and various interesting places to visit 6. Excellent breakfast included in the price -much appreciated

1. The duvet could have been wider -but the bed was otherwise excellent.

Great value for money, the place is 5 minutes away from a metro stop, there is a covered paid garage, there is a free coffee machine all day in the lobby, and for families there is a huge playground and a green area next to the building. Flat is big and has everything you would need

Bathroom was not properly cleaned. Wifi doesn't work in the bedroom and cold breakfast for 17€ is not the best option, but that doesn't change the fact it is a good place to stay for few days
