I had problems with the first room, so as soon as I talked to the staff, they changed me to a better and bigger room. The new room was huge, the air conditioner was good, but central over the bed, had a nice shower and a dishwasher.

In the first day I couldn't sleep well because it was boiling and the air conditioner was not working. There was no one to help me during the night, so I had to wait until the next day. Also, the sink was clogged. The sun was directly on my window, but they solved my issue promptly the next day.

Clean, feel good environment, near everything you might need. I could easily cook every day. There is a bookshop in the way to the subway that sells book for 1 Euro.

You have to take the garbage to the first floor. It is not a problem but you should know before.

The apartment was chosen because it was close to the event. Perfect cleanliness! The room is big and beautiful, has everything you need. There is a gym on the floor. Location: quiet area, grocery store nearby, bus stop, 10 min walk to the metro (and 10-15 minutes by metro to the city center) and shopping center. They immediately respond to any request! Happy with the choice, thank you very much

Everything you need to self cater, washing machine and tumble dryer 5 euros a load. However, as we arrived at almost midnight, we struggled to find it in the dark. We then got a taxi that literally took us round the corner.🤣 The next day we realised how close we had been.

I would have liked a brush and dustpan in the apartment, but that's just a personal thing. Also, some tourist info/leaflets could be helpful.

The only cleaning during the weekly stay was planned after the second night. Cleaning staff ignored my objection to entering the room, I had to stop my call with the client to make them leave my room.

I had a safe and secure fully equipped apartment that was close to shopping facilities and public transport. It was easy to travel to the heart of Munich and beyond. A washing machine was also available on each floor.

I would have liked either a small battery vacuum cleaner or broom to keep the apartment tidier in the week of my stay.

Apartmenthaus international was well located, close to an underground station, which makes it very easy to get round Munich. The rooms were spacious, clean and the kitchenette was well equipped. We arrived at 9.30pm in the evening and found it was easy to check on electronically. The laundry room on the same floor was very handy. I can greatly recommend apartmenthaus international in terms of the quality of the accommodation which was not expensive.

Comfy room, nice location (9 minutes to the metro), big supermarket and bakery only minute or two to the apartments and also the big shopping center (olympia) next to the metro station. I liked the kitchen because of the full equipment even if we didn’t use it very much. The room was clean as well as the sheets that were changed in the middle of our stay. Overall I recommend it! Would visit next time I am in Munich again:)

The place is located near the U-Bahn (metro) station with easy access to the centre of Munich in c. 20 minutes. The room is spacious and well-equipped with all the basic kitchen utensils and a washing machine. The check-in is also very easy, even in the middle of the night.

Everything was great!

The apartment room was perfect and very modern. Also, incredibly clean upon arrival and was perfect during my short stay during the Oktoberfest period.

The bed was fairly hard for me personally as I'm used to softer beds. But. that's my personal preference.
